Easy to assemble. However, the chair it comes with is for a toddler. Luckily, it's big enough to fit an adult folding chair. The steam is great, but the screen attached to the steamer lid disintegrated after the first use. Don't really served a purpose to begin with. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this product. ☆☆☆ Had to update this. Fell apart after two uses. The plastic in the lid crumbled. Not happy. Don't know if I can get a replacement. The media could not be loaded. The instructions to assemble the frame is horrible. They labeled each with letter and show a pic of frame already assembe. It would be good if you show the letters that are to be connected. The frame appears flimsy, it keeps falling apart. I will assume to connect by abcd and see if that works. Frame feels cheap and frail. The material is not fitting over the frame. The frame seems to lean towards one side ... show more

I have bought two of these products over-time... and I encountered the same issue. The steamer is dangerously faulty. In the first product I bought, the lid broke after the third use. On this product, the steam started to escape from the steam machine to the outside of the machine and the inside of the chamber remained cold, upon closer inspection, I noticed that the plastic lid broke along the seam lines. This is only after using it a few times with less than 15 minutes per session. It is very dangerous. I won't recommend this for anyone else. ... show more

Bought this to help relax after my gym weight sessions. It was a bit of a pain to setup initially but that's probably just me. In particular I struggled with placing some of the poles into the t bone shaped attachments, and I'm a pretty avid weight lifter, so it shouldn't have been that hard. Anyway I got it setup after a bit and it was an ok level of sturdiness, though after maybe 2 weeks poles might need to be re-tightened. I don't have a big house. I have a rather modest sized apartment. When setup this thing is BIG, and is going to take up a lot of room... I didn't want to keep disassembling it after each use so I just kept it up and cleaned it in its unfolded form, dealing with the bulk. Steam is adequate, gets very hot and cozy. Definitely feels like it penetrates through the skin once it gets going which is just excellent after a workout! The extra things you receive with this (chair, foot massager, remote) I'll be honest are a little on the flimsy side. I'm pretty heavy so this product probably just wasn't made for a person of my size (220 lb) but the chair definitely broke about 2 weeks in (I fell right on my bottom- ouchy!) and the foot massager cracked in several places on the first night. The chair breaking rendered the whole contraption a bit useless though for me, so I've since given the steamer to someone after cleaning it but it was good while it lasted. Pros Pretty easy to use once it gets going Steam was efficient and relaxing Adjustable levels of steam to get your desired level of comfort (I was comfy getting it toward level 7-9 within the first few days but this might not be for everyone!) Cons Extremely bulky when setup with the poles unless you plan on constantly disassembling after each use, or have enough space for the contraption. Flimsy extra tools if you're on the heavy side. Pretty much expect to spend some extra dough on a suitable chair if you want to make this last. Takes a while to get going (about 7 to 10 minutes) once you turn it on, so 10 minute sessions are effectively 3 minutes, 20 minute sessions are 14 minutes,and so on) Cannot be used standing or laying down. Must be used with the chair it comes with, or one of similar size. Would I buy again?... As a gift for a lighter weight person, yes lol. Not for me. I also couldn't help but feel like my shower ultimately could achieve the same effect as the steam if I was willing to tolerate the heat... ... show more

This is a great alternative for not being able to access the sauna at the spa/gyms during the covid era. Portable and easy to assemble. We have a small apartment and it fits just right. It heats up and steams up really well. So far this has provided such great relief. 11/29 UPDATE. Unfortunately the product is not well made. the top plastic cover of the steam pot probably cant handle the heat because it has cracked already and we've only used this a handful of times. the steam no longer transfers from the steam pot into the sauna. I originally gave this a pretty high rating but after a few usage it already show signs of wear I had to update my rating because this is not how I expect the quality from products I buy with my good earn money. ... show more

If you've had one of these tent saunas before, you may be wondering if this is as good as the one you need to replace. My honest answer: No. the tent is too thin and too large inside to hold in adequate heat. I prefer a hot sauna, not a lukewarm one, and out of the box, this will disappoint you. However, with a little adaptation, I got mine to do what I want. Don’t laugh. I put my old tent upside down over this one. (I sit fully inside the tent, cross-legged, no head sticking out the top.) now, it is able to hold in adequate heat and give me the heat I need to survive winter. #Lifehacks, yo? ... show more

Purchased this as a gift for my severely arthritic 83 year old mother-in-law. It fit nicely in the corner of her bedroom and didn't take up too much space. The only issue was she couldn't get up easily from the chair that came with but we simply replaced it with a plastic deck chair that had arms for her to push herself up. She immediately felt pain relief and joints were much more flexible. I would highly recommend use of this item for this purpose - not just for weight loss. ... show more

I was personally hoping for more of a dry heat. This is a steam heat system. My main problem with using it is it makes you so comfortable that you wanna fall asleep while inside it. I really like the zipper openings for where your hands are .. and it also has a pocket for putting the remote for it on the outside right below the right hand zippered opening. Very simple and easy to setup. I leave mine setup but you can always disassemble and store. I notice is said pain relief below. Didn't notice pain relief but will update in future as I use this more and more. ... show more
