It was bent. The instructions were very vague and couldn’t make out the pictures at all. Says to use 1 3/4 carriage bolts but did not include any had to go buy 8. If I didn’t need this cart up and running so soon I would have sent it back. Will not buy again.

I followed instructions on how to uninstall parts on a golf cart and how to install this item. Instructions and photos are not very clear. I’m halfway thru the install. And grab the piece that the seat attaches to to flip. One side was bent. Then as I’m installing handrails it called for 6- 3/8x1 3/4 carriage bolts. I had zero of them, there were hex head bolts instead well they did not work. First I had to straighten the bent piece then go get bolts to finish the install. Prompt shipping. It wasn't too hard to install since my husband had all the tools needed. But the instructions that came with it were a little confusing and unclear so we had to pull up a YouTube video about the installation. The written instructions did not mention how to put the rear back rest on. Once we viewed the video, we were on our way to installing. First of all the instruction are not legible. The pictures are totally faded. Second of all i spent a couple hours putting it together. When i was done i stepped back to check it out and the seat and the roof are not level. After some investigating i found that the 2 main brackets have tabs that are welded one inch different. Even if they send me new ones i need to take the whole thing apart to fix it. NOT HAPPY Its seems sturdy but i would look elsewhere ... show more

It was not an easy installation. The instructions were vague and the pictures and illustrations were horrible. Also, not enough 'carriage bolts'! We got it done, but had to take things apart and do over because the instructions and illustrations were not clear. Once we put it together wrong, we could see what had to be done, but so frustrating to have to take it apart and redo. To have clearer instructions and illustrations would have been very helpful.
