  • * Update* Krisdonia stands behind their product 100%
Color: Black
**Update 8/30/21** After further Testing I am giving this battery 5 stars. This thing is powerful ! I was able to power my Surecall cell phone booster at 16v and my cellular router 12v from 7am to 9pm and still had 23% left at the end of the day. This charged super fast with the USB C, and was also able to charge with my rockpals 80watt folding solar panel with the 19v input. I am extremely happy with this battery and am glad Kristonia sent me a replacement and I gave them a second chance! **Update** Krisdonia contacted me an replaced the battery. I am hoping the first one was a fluke. I will be testing it over the next few days. I have raised the rating to 4 stars because they stand behind their product ! I will be doing some heavy duty testing over the next few days. I will do 1 more update after I have fully tested. . I had high hopes for this large battery bank BUT after 1 use it would not charge. Out of the box I charged overnight. Worked well until I went to recharge. I noticed it would not power down and the display was stuck at 49%. I plugged in over night and it still said 49% it will charge other devices but display still show 49% and it will not power off. I will be returning big disappointment for something costing this much ! ... show more

  • 1 year and it died, almost
Color: Silver
Really loved this thing, but had it for almost 1 years intill one day whent to use it and it died. No charge not charging, and no lights. After seeing other comments about having some issues that were fixes by completely draining that charge and recharging, I opened it up unplugged the cable that provided power to the bord for a few seconds and then plugged the cable back in. I tried to charge and it started charging again. After charging it I was then able to use it again as intended. Note I would not recommend opening any power products without knowing what your doing, as touching any of the caps or converter when it has charge can seriously harm you. But if your having an issue with this product it's probably an issue a control chip and a hard reset (no power) will restore the chip to function, at least in my case. ... show more

  • Wanted to like it, but it shorted out/died in 6 months
Color: Black
I bought this in July 2023, and last night it died shortly after powering on, without a load on it! So disappointing because I wanted to like this thing.

  • I changedy mind and review.
Color: Black
Brand new item. I used it for 15 or 20 minutes to test it out. The display dropped down to 88%. I tried to charge it with the provided power supply and with USB C, for hours, and it never left 88%. Edit: I have put this product through one cycle of testing and I have updated my review. I am currently (wanting to) using this to power a Mackie Mix12FX and a Nobsound NS-05G directly from the 16/20/24v port using an adapter from MyVolts and the supplied cable. I am also (wanting to) using one of the USB A ports to power a seven (7) port USB hub. This hub supplies power to two (2) MyVolts USB 3VDC (first MyVolts 3VDC powers three (3) Pocket Operators/Crazy Chain. second MyVolts 3VDC powers a single (1) Pocket Operator), Roland TR-6S, MyVolts USB 9vdc (powering a Korg KP3+ and a Korg Sample 2, MyVolts adapter), and a RetroKits RK006. I have not tested all of this equipment, at volume, to see how long it lasts. (As of writing this) But, it does absolutely power all of this and more. The problems I had with this at first: If you do not pull enough amps, this will automatically shut off. There is now way to turn this device on and leave it on. It auto senses and if it doesn't sense enough being used, it shuts itself off. If you are only charging one small device, expect frustration. Plugging something into one of the USB ports seems to "solve" this problem, by wasting battery essentially. I even tried powering my two channel Bluetooth amp (Nobsound) powering two Bose speakers, from the 16/20/24VDC port and it still shut off. Plugged in a seven port USB hub to one of the USB A ports and "solved" the auto shutoff problem. I was not able to charge this at first? I don't know if you have to discharge it to a certain point before you can recharge it again? If so, that is a horrible idea. I discharged it to 88% and tried to recharge it with the provided 19VDC charger as well as USB C cables, it never raised above 88%. SOOO, I completely drained this. I listened to music for an entire day via my two channel Bluetooth amp (Nobsound), I charged every cell phone I could find. I ran out of things to recharge before I drained this down to 1%. I finally gave up and went to sleep. This morning I attempted to recharge this, using the provided 19VDC power supply. It got to 63% before the power supply got very hot. It stayed at 63% for quite a while. I REPLACED THE PROVIDED 19VDC POWER SUPPLY (19VDC 2A) with a different power supply (comes with the Nobsound two channel Bluetooth amp. 19VDC 3.42A) Absolutely no problems after this. Charged this product to 100%, no heat issues at all. I can not speak for the version of this product that has the built in AC port, only for the 16/20/24VDC version... If you replace the power supply with a higher amp/better quality, it will recharge this product very well. Make sure the replacement power supply is center positive. If the engineers that make this or any power banks ever read this, please get rid of the auto power off function. Sometimes I want to use this product to keep a single, low amperage device, powered for weeks or months... Sometimes I want to power a small music concert in the middle of nowhere. I can handle turning this device on and off by myself, thank you. Maybe a switch to turn auto function on/off? Even using the replacement 19VDC 3.42A power supply, recharging this product takes a day...... A day. If you used it monday, you ain't using it again Tuesday, buy a second one. ... show more
