This thing saved me hours of work on the first day I had it. Received at 9am and over 100 pocket holes completed perfectly by 10am. It's very cleverly designed to clamp easily into the exact position your material thickness requires. And firmly enough to save you a lot of time even if you were using face clamps before. The biggest plus is the time saved. Let's face it but pocket holes are neither attractive nor a particularly strong join compared to traditional joinery. You use pocket holes when the product doesn't warrant mortise joins. So being able to save so much time on top of that is thrilling. ... show more

Carpenter for 45 years (mostly framing and finish, but new-ish to cabinet building in my “retirement”). So, surprisingly, I’m new to pocket holes. I’m about halfway thru a complete workshop remodel, and this seemed like a great opportunity to try something new, so I bought one of the simple “clamp it on” jigs. I loved the results, but I’ve got hundreds of pocket holes to drill, so the time each took was onerous. I thought I’d give the Kreg 720 Pro a try, and it’s been GREAT! Clamp it in, drill the holes, rinse, repeat, and Bob’s your uncle! Stacks of lumber quickly holed and ready for assembly in minutes! I’m slightly less excited about getting the Pro version. As noted in other reviews, the wings and material stop are flimsy. I haven’t yet used them (this is a 2x4 project, so no need yet), but when the need arises I’ll give ‘em a try and update here. Still, there is enough “extra” in the Pro version that I’m happy with the purchase. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ... show more

This Kreg jig came with lots of accessories and some sample screws,it's very easy to use and and it makes drilling pocket holes a breeze,the quality of the product would've been better if it was made out of metal,I'm not sure how plastic would hold up over time,I also like that it came with vacuum hose adaptors that fit different hose sizes also that you can fit larger pieces with the included accesories,good product overall. ... show more
