For the price, this is a great buy if you want to brighten up your set-up, both literally and physically. The plug-in for the USB-C is in a decent location at the top left of the mousepad. This prevents it from getting in the way if you are trying to do crazy flicks with your mouse. Being USB-C means you can also use your own cable if the included one isn't long enough although that shouldn't be a problem. The RGB lighting is not especially bright, but it's good enough to add a little flare to your setup. The design is also pretty nice and brings some contrast to your desk. The material is similar to other mousepads that I have tried and while it is nothing amazing, it is infinitely better than just rawdogging your mouse against your desk.     • Great except for plug placement
PROS Good mouse pad. Initially has a rubbery smell but mostly goes away. I have used some others that still smell like a tire shop after a month. Side stitching is good with no breaks or snags. The LED option is pretty cool. The lights are nice and bright and add some cool colors to your setup. Changing the colors is easy as well and it gives you a lot of color options. CONS I would have liked this to be taller to give you more space. As I said earlier I have many pads like this and they tend to be taller. Not a huge issue but enough for me to be noticeable. My only other issue is the placement of the plug. It is on the upper left corner and I typically have my computer on the right, so I have to run a cable all the way across. If you have a tight area and keep your stuff to your right I could see this being a problem. It would have been better it it was in the middle. I could also see this being an issue if you happen to be use a left-handed mouse. OVERALL This is a good pad if you want LED lights or something else to spruce up your work space. If the plug being on the left does not interfere with your setup, then this is a nice option. ... show more

This mousepad has a very comfortable and premium feeling. The printing is high quality, and the lighting is decently bright and lights up evenly around the pad. It's easy to adjust the lighting, but you only have presets, so no custom colors or animations. Overall, this is the best mouse pad I've used. ... show more

This mouse pad allows for smooth movement with the mouse. The lighting around the edge is soft, not a bright or harsh light. It covers a large area which is great. Very pleased with it.

I have had other large mouse pads prior so the size isn't surprising. This arrives rolled up but unrolls immediately and is instantly flat. No having to weigh it down to flatten at all. The edge lighting is great! There are multiple color selections and settings. There is only one button to filter through colors which makes things so simple. I love the abstract design! Simple USB plug in. Great for larger desk areas, especially for gamers. A mouse glides nicely over the surface with lots of room so you aren't picking up the mouse like you have to on smaller pads. Kraken Keyboard typically make some high-quality accessories, this was kind of disappointing when comparing to the other stuff they have. The RGB Strip is almost identical to the $20 options and the quality of the mat itself seems also similar to ones in that price range. Originally when I got this mouse pad, I didn't plan on using the RGB lights, I just really liked the design on the mouse pad itself. After setting it up and plugging it in, I was pleasantly surprised. The lighted edge of the mouse pad is actually very subtle and not obnoxious.
