I bought this just because my DG* coffee machine stopped working due to my fault. so I bought this one and find out that It cannot make rich foam of the milk nor make rich latte, so i wrote something like “ still has room to improve” until i find out this coffee machine is not designed to be making fancy coffees very well and KOTILE brand has a higher-level coffee machine specific to latte and other fancy coffees so i quickly changed to that and it is soooo much better! so i m here to apologize for my carelessness and revise my previous feedback. NOT happy with this right now , I bought this to have HOT coffee and it's not ,about 142-150* ??? going to try and call the Company and ask WHY maybe I have a defected one ! if no answers will return to Amazon and by from another company. it should be at less 180* update 6/10/24 the company said there is no adjustment on the heat or how hot the coffee can get one adjustment and that’s fixed into the machine. What is totally wrong it should be 160 to180 but it’s only gets as hot as 140 to 145. Their information on the product is wrong and false advertisement buyer beware 👎🏼 ... show more

I like the concept of this machine and was looking forward to producing various types of coffee with it. I tried several times to make HOT cups of coffee. This machine, I think, does not hit brewing temperature no matter how I used it. Warm or tepid water produces very weak coffee. I like my coffee dark, strong and HOT.
