I bought this headset hoping to get something that would work with Webex and Skype as well as give me that Koss Portapro sound for streaming music. I was pleasantly surprised with both the build quality and comfort for the headset. The ear cushions are symmetrical to your ear which made all day conference calls painless, even wearing glasses. The microphone is excellent and blocks out most noise coming from nearby cubes. The cord length, almost eight feet, is an awesome feature and allows me to plug into my distant docking station and still take calls with enough slack in the cable. Something not explicitly advertised is that I found these also good for music and podcasts, mainly due to sound quality as well as the open-air design of these. I would highly recommend these if you are looking to get a great quality, high value headset for conference calls and streaming music. ... show more

I got this communication headset for use with the Rosetta Stone app that I have on my iPad. I had to get a USB adapter for them to work with my iPad. Once all was hooked up they work great. The microphone picks up my voice fine and the headphones have great sound and they are not heavy on your head. I would recommend them for anyone using the Rosetta Stone app or any other app that needs you to have headphones with a microphone. ... show more

Good product, with a couple of issues. The headphones do not stay in place, have to constantly adjust it. Also, the microphone is too sensitive, and picks up everything, including key taps.

This is a reasonably priced headset that does has excellent sound quality. I work from home (as many are doing now), attendending many MS Teams meetings and this headset is perfect. I highly recommend.

    • Worked find at first, but right speaker went out after less than two months
When this product works, it's a good value for the money. The microphone and sound quality are good enough to get the job done for any online meeting. You obviously shouldn't be listening to or recording music on them, though. I was pretty happy with the product until the right speaker started going out after less than 2 months. It's now completely dead, just six weeks after I started using them and, while I've traveled with them a little bit, I've been careful with them and there's absolutely no reason I should already have a broken product. Fortunately, the microphone and left speaker still work, so it's still usable until I find a replacement, but, at any price, I expect a headset to last longer than this. ... show more

Easy on the ears for those long Zoom meetings. Recommended to me by a fellow interpreter. Interpreters have to have clear sound. More comfortable than my Logitechs.

    • Boom Microphone can only be used on left Side!!!
I have several Koss CS100 headsets and they work well The boom mike swings so can be positioned one the right or the left I ordered the CS200 as upgrade and was surprised that Koss limited swing on the Boom Mike so it can only be left Side!!! Really foolish design.. What were they thinking! I did even not bother to try it for that reason and will return it. ... show more
