    • Good service from Koss, product works as advertised
I wish I could give 5 stars for service. I bought this product in February. By end of April, they stopped turning on. No idea why. I called amazon, and they were outside the return period. But, amazon and Koss worked together to allow me to send them in for a free replacement. I just received the new product and it’s working well. Fingers crossed they stay that way. In terms of product performance, as mentioned above, the first pair stopped working after 2 months. Other than that, I was happy. They did their number one job: stayed in my ears, playing music while I exercised. I’ve taken calls while running as well. No problems. In terms of functionality, the volume / battery is heavy and placed in a way that requires the loop be in front of you when running instead of behind your neck. That’s irritating as it means the cord flops around. It would be great if they had a clip. Not a big deal for cycling, or something where you’re not really moving your upper body, but it’s annoying for running. Also, sound quality is only ok. It’s great for the price, but the bass is lacking. Still, as I said, for someone who needs this type of product because of small ears, etc, these work. I’ve used the wired fitclips for years, and now I’m a convert to the Bluetooth. ... show more

    • Great workout headphones.
I got this to use while I exercise, and they're fantastic for that. Because they hook around your ear you don't necessary have to use the perfectly fitted ear bud to keep it seated, meaning you can use a smaller than needed size to let in a little more outside noise to keep yourself aware of your surroundings, or a larger size to keep out a little more gym noise. They stay in place pretty well, even with glasses, and the cord is short enough it doesn't get easily caught or tangled on anything. The mic seems to work well for phone calls, which I was worried about since it sort of dangles below your ear. They person I was talking to could hear me fine with some background noise, but not as bad as going on speaker phone. Battery is advertised at about 6 hours and that seems pretty accurate. I'm not an audiophile, so I'm hesitant to give it top marks there because I honestly can't tell the difference and don't want to mislead anyone. But it sounds fine to me. No extra noise or distortion compared to the Sennheiser headphones I use listening to music on my PC, and maybe a little better than the earbuds that came with my phone, also with the perk of not falling out 2-3 times per song. ... show more

    • Excellent value but needs more bass for listening to classical music.
Amazing range allows me to walk all around the house while leaving my device in one location. Clear sound makes it excellent for voice - e.g. audiobooks, chats, old time radio. The only negative is it is lacking bass so listening to classical music is not what I would like - but then these are earphones and not headphones. The over-ear component and wire is made of a soft, compliant polymer so it fits very comfortably. Between the comfort of the earpiece and range you forget you are listening through earphones. Without question these are the most comfortable earphones I ever used. If only there were a little more bass it would be 5 stars.     • Good product . . .
I've not used the product very much. However, for the limited time that I have used it, I've found the product to be satisfactory. My most significant challenge is that of getting a good and comfortable placement of the ear loop over and behind the ear.

    • Nice Sound But Didn't Last Long Term
I'm a big KOSS fan, but these didn't last much more than a year before I started losing sound in the right ear. They fit in my ear decent enough, but they would pull out with how the cord adjuster worked. With that said, they sounded great, wireless worked without issue, and battery life was pretty solid. I liked them when they worked, but I have to downgrade them since only lasted a year. I used them mostly for running/exercise and occasionally at my desk. ... show more

    • Great for women with small ears
These headphones are great. I wish it were designed a bit differently because the remote is kind of heavy on one side, but overall these are great for working out, especially if you have small ears. Koss is the only brand I've found that consistently makes headphones I can wear because my ears are smaller than average. These are pretty good. I really like the over-ear band and the sound is good. Only downside is that seem to take 1-2 seconds to reach full volume after silence. Find this really frustrating when using audio flashcards since I miss the first part every time :(

    • Flimsy and pliable, sound is average
Not bad yet not worth the money. There is no "Siri" to alert me when connecting etc, there are just sounds. The volume control switch is a bulky box and the wiring doesn't appear durable. If these please you, get the protection plan. Koss does not warrant these after a year. KOSS is a great brand but these need improvements...until then. ... show more
