Nice chair! Easy to assemble. A couple of issues is that it does not recline to a full sleeping position and the lower lumbar area could be a bit more supportive. Love the rocking, swivel, massage, and heat functions. It’s a beautiful chair and a good deal for the price.

    • The wire for the heat and vibrator can be damaged if the recliner is spun more than 360 degrees

We were told to expect delivery for the 2 recliners to be on the 7th of November. They came on the 5th, 2 days early. It was obvious from the damage to the shipping boxes the they were handled roughly during transport. Both boxes were busted open in places and crushed . After removing the recliners from the boxes we noticed a tear in the material on the base for one of the recliners. It was about 1in. in the back of the base and was not easy to see. I contacted Amazon support and they gave me a choice of returning the recliner or getting a part refund on the recliner. I did not want to go through the problems of repacking the recliner and waiting on shipping. We accepted the partial refund. We found the assembly was very easy since all it took was to slide the arms and back on with brackets installed on the recliners. Hooking up the wiring was for the heat and vibrators was simple. The heat and vibrate functions work great. The foot rest locks down easily when you wish to get up. They are comfortable recliners. They are advertised as to be able to rotate 360 degrees but the wiring will wrap around the base if you do so. It could cause damage to the wiring We do recommend these recliners. ... show more

The chair itself that I received was easy to assemble and has a comfortable feel but it's noisy when I use the massage functions and there is something poking me in the rear when I sit all the way back it. I can't recline without having to push the back all the way back and then it doesn't stay back on its own. I think his chair was a previously returned chair as the box was totally damaged to the point that I could not return it in that box, it had been taped up several times and there were two holes in the box made by what looks like a forklift. I would like to return it but need a box to do so or a new chair sent to me so that I could use the new box to return this chair in. Thank you ... show more

Does not stay reclined on its own. You have to put your body weight on that end to keep it back. Also has weak massage feature . But other than that , comfy seat. Difficult to return too, box taped up n damaged upon arrival. Should get refund or discount at the least.
