I've had this monitor for like 8 months and am still blown away by how well it works. 0 issues, so far. This monitor was for my first ever gaming PC I built. Super small text or graphically contrast content may have visible pixels, but in general gaming I don't notice or really care. It's cheap, the refresh rate and image quality is incredible. It's not the most lustrous image quality, but I'm still genuinely impressed how well it handles deep rich black tones, which IMO cheap monitors usually fumble. ... show more

    • Great value and great monitor
As a note to new buyers: a chemical-like odor may be emitted from your monitor's exhaust for the first 2-3 weeks--at least mine did. I did some research and this was likely attributed to some cleaning chemicals from the factory, and it is burning off from the heat of the monitor. Simply have good ventilation in your room, and the odor should dissipate in 2-3 weeks. I've had this monitor for over a year now, and there is no odor anymore. Now, for the actual review: This monitor is great quality for the price! Not perfect, as I've found this monitor doesn't display smooth gradients of dark very well. For example, when I'm in a dark room in a video game, the dark ambient colors show slightly pixelated rather than smoothly blended. Other than that, this monitor works like a charm! Colors are great, and monitor settings are easily adjustable. One complaint I have is that I can't change the monitor's brightness using the Windows OS' brightness settings--you have to change the brightness/contrast using the monitor's buttons. ... show more

Can't beat it for the price. Picture quality is very good, reaches the advertised refresh rate, and 1440p is just so nice to look at.

    • Replaced my faulty Acer 27"
You can't expect something perfect at this price point when considering specs. But the only downside I have noticed is the color quality is overly washed out. Only truly affects those in digital art. The image is crisp. It does support 144hz, and it is 1440p. The backlighting died in my Acer 27", and after looking at the horror stories from people trying to get Acer to repair it, I just decided to give this a try. The build quality is much more superior to Acer. Every Acer I have owned has felt like a cheap flimsy piece of plastic. It hits all the marks where it matters. And at the price point you can't beat it. Just set expectations that you are not buying a $700 or more monitor. To fix the color issues, I used my graphics cards utility to correct the color issues.     • A few months after purchasing, horizontal white lines appear on screen

I've had this monitor for about 2 months now. It worked fine, other than a little bit of ghosting when playing games. As of today there are small horizontal white lines going across the screen. I've reset the monitor settings, tried other cables (both display port and HDMI). I also tried with my other monitor and a tv, and both do not display the lines, so it is 100% an issue with the monitor. Going to see if I can get a repair or replacement through the manufacturer. I'll update if I get any results. Otherwise I would steer away from this monitor and company. UPDATE 8/27/2023: I submitted a support ticket through their website and received a response to my support ticket in late July, asking for images of the monitor issue as well as a screenshot of my order confirmation. I sent the images over, and haven't heard anything back in about a month. I just took a look at the email and it's coming from a general gmail account - which is concerning. There wasn't any crazy identifying information in the images I sent over, but it's VERY suspicious that the support email came from a general gmail account and not anything official. I also haven't heard anything back since sending the information. Needless to say, even more than before I'm very suspicious of this company and would recommend to stay away from their products, I'm at the point where I've written off this monitor as a loss and just got a different one from a reputable brand. ... show more

    • Great deal for the price!
Update: I ordered a second one of this monitor to match the first, but it came with an inner screen crack (You will only see it when the monitor is on, as it affects the pixels) along the top-center of the screen. I was able to return the product and receive a full refund, and will likely reorder this product in hopes of getting one that isn't cracked. Review (5 stars): This is a 1440p monitor with 144hz and 1ms, just as it says. The setup isn't difficult, but my package didn't come with any clear instructions. There are 2 pieces that attach to the base, both need 3 screws (included in package). Then, you snap the base to the back of the monitor, it can be a little tricky if it is your first time, so keep trying and don't get frustrated. Note: If you intend to use an HDMI cable, you will need an HDMI 2.0 cable (Amazon has an Amazon basics HDMI 2.0 cable which doesn't cost too much) and that cable will need to be plugged in the 2nd HDMI port, as the 1st port is for HDMI 1.4 which doesn't support 1440p 144hz. Also, if this is for a PC, you will have to set the resolution and hz for this monitor in ur OS settings (for me, I used Windows 10). Your graphics card may also need to have it's settings adapted for the monitor depending on it's default settings. Overall, very good monitor. Got it for $180, and that was a very decent deal compared to other monitors of the same resolution, response time and hertz. ... show more
