I saw this product on TikTok and decided to try it out (yes I purchased it from Amazon to get it faster ) and it actually works ! I’ve been using this on my elbows for about a month or so and I see drastic results! I was never insecure about my elbow discoloration in fact I thought everyone’s elbows were darker until I saw someone who wasn’t and that is what made me decide to try this product and it works !! I did not use it on my intimate areas so I’m not sure about that I did use it on my face and neck and I’ve seen improvements with discoloration on those areas as well. The soap smells nice but it will make your skin dry so my advice is to apply moisturizer immediately after use and if you’re going outside or going to be in direct sun please use a sunscreen !! ... show more

This soap takes repetitive use to lighten up dark spots or skin pigmentation. Whatever your goal is, you have to use this quite often (once a day at least) to see results after a while. One downside i would say is that it can dry the hell out of your skin, so lotion up after is highly recommended. Other than that, its a pretty good soap to use. P.S. - Don’t use it for too long however (maximum of 4 minutes i do it for) , it can start to burn the skin (burning sensation is NOT a good sign). ... show more

I use it on a daily basis. Helps with skin tone and (in my case) helps me prevent breakouts in face, chest and back and also has a nice citrus aroma. As personal advice, I would suggest keeping the soap on a separate closed dish so it lasts longer and you can use it with a face sponge if it dissolves a little. ... show more

I have pretty dark skin but when compared to the rest of my body you can clearly tell my face has a perma-tan on top of a long patch of hyper pigmentation on both sides of cheeks and some dark spots on my very burnt forehead. Its not too serious and no one ever notices but to me I absolutely hate it and I hate wearing makeup so my only other option was to find a more permanent solution which led me to this product The product was delivered prompt and well presented. I had no doubts about the authenticity after viewing the product as well as smelling it. I tested the product out on a small part of my arm to see if I would react and my skin turned slightly bumpy but returned to normal immediately so I decided not to put the product on for too long when I finally did. Day One: I cleansed my face and exfoliated like normal then I let my face air dry. I used a disposable sponge to apply the product and left it on for 3 minutes. I felt a tingling but not too much to be worried. I rinsed with cold water and my face was so ashy it was completely grey...it had me shook! I applied hemp oil and left it alone. My face was GLOWING and looked sooooo clean. However, I noticed either my skin pigment was paler or my hyperpigmentation and dark spots were getting darker either way it wasn't cute but it wasn't a big deal. Day Two: I used the Aztec clay mud mask and didn't wash my face again for the rest of the day so it could rest. My skin is kinda plump, its not as dry as it used to be and its still super clean looking. Day Three: I used the soap again but for 3 minutes give a minute or two, I left it on until I felt quite a bit of stinging but still under 5 minutes. My skin is soooo soft. My pigment hasn't changed but it looks so much brighter and my hyper pigmentation is nearly gone and those dark spots are being stubborn but fading still at a surprising rate. Okay that's pretty much it, I love this product I can't wait to see what else it can do!! *** Edit: Its officially been 4 days since using this product and the stubborn hyper pigmentation I grew up with is barely there!! I can't believe how this soap ruined my skin! I fell into a depression and didn't wash my face for a long time, which resulted in my skin flaking off, especially around my T zone (between eyebrows and down nose bridge). I decided to buckle down and really take care of my skin, and since I've always struggled with dark marks, I figured this product would do me well. How I was wrong! I used it consistently for 3 months. Not only did it not make my dark spots lighten, but it made my T zone worse. My dry spots ended up becoming far more flakier and the flakes bigger. My skin was super itchy. Scratching would result in large flakes that I'd have to peel off, leaving the skin also red, raw, scaly and sometimes bleed. I also began to develop the dry spots in places on my face that I've never gotten them before, like the corner of my mouth, and it's left a raised pale area that looks like a disease. I'm glad I work in healthcare and wear a mask frequently because I'm embarrassed by how I look. I stopped washing my face with it for 3 days, only using the products in my regimen that I use after washing my face, and the scaly redness and flakes have drastically gone down, so I know for a fact it's the soap. I had so much hope for this soap since I've seen many people speak highly of kojic soap, and it was even recommended to me by someone I knew for my strawberry arms, but I didn't think it would ruin my face like it did. ... show more
