This is my 5th cheap espresso machine. Each one has lasted about 2 years. This one is simple to set up and easy to use. My only complaint is how loud the steam function is. No matter what is in the cup "water, milk, heavy cream" it starts out very loud and only gets quieter the last 5ish seconds before it automatically shuts off. The media could not be loaded. I upgraded from a lower bar machine that was super loud and clunky to operate. What I liked about this: Nice quality output. The cup has a locking mechanism so I can knock the coffee out without holding the cup itself. Different settings - 1 vs 2 shots of espresso

This is an ok machine. Not what I was looking for. Makes an ok espresso. The Americano or Coffee button adds too much water (0nly choice) The Portafilter is full if water after use. Yes, I have tried every combo of grounds, amounts, packed loser etc. Emailed support with pictures, asking for tips or advice and no response. Koios makes several products, but only 1 espresso/coffee machine. I can not recommend this. I will be returning it. ... show more
