We desperately needed a new mattress but didn't have alot to spend so we took the risk and got this one. I love it, my husband loves it, the dog loves it, the cats love it. Arrived fairly quickly, inflated fully within 24 hours. It's firm enough that we feel supported, but the top layer is just soft enough to sink on just a bit. We do not feel the springs at all. The edges sink in a little more if you're sitting on them but it's fine for us. I have neck and shoulder issues and my husband has pins in his lower back and we both have less pain than before. The base of the mattress is firm, but not too hard and the top is so soft that it feels like sleeping on a cloud. It's easy to open and expand. Arrived so quickly & was very easy to unbox and open. It started expanding IMMEDIATELY once the plastic was removed- it also had no smell to it and it seems pretty comfy so far. It had a good amount of softness but still pretty durable/ has a good level of support to it.

For the price I paid for this mattress, it’s pretty good! It arrived earlier than I expected and expanded immediately. It’s a bit firmer than I expected, but is still super comfortable. Mine didn’t smell as others have reported. However, I bought the 12” mattress but it only rose to about 10 inches.
