Perfect nail decals in 10 minutes! First cure a base coat on the nail. *It's important to apply and smooth the decal while it is still wet (like paper mâche)* I smooth using my fingers dipped in water for rip resistance. Once the decal dries, remove excess paper (file, scissors or acetone). Next cure base coat on top of decal. Finish with top coat. I bought this waterslide no spray paper in hopes of adhering to my canvas painting. It does adhere to it, but the next day it was already lifting. I had to remove it very carefully and use Elmer's Glue to secure it back in place. Other than lifting, it does not bleed or blur the image.

I ended up printing off a picture of David Bowie, I’d follow instruction and it was never easy to slide something so large off the paper. The neck tended to want to rip also. The worst part is, I’d get it off the paper and on the snowboard top, and as it could dry the edges would curl. I couldn’t just clear it right away to stop the curling. As trapped water under clear doesn’t work too well. It then didn’t stick to the board well either. Once fully dries I’d turn my air pressure down and most clear over it to help hold it down and to be able to pressed the curled edges down. But even with low pressure, it would lift the image and only areas would stick. Went through a whole package and only got close enough to be able to clear it once. Maybe would work better for smaller images, but even then, not sure how you’d stop the edges from curling as they dry. ... show more

I bought these as a means to create decals to put on. The instructions themselves are on the back of the packet which is nice. Why I gave it a mid score, is that it works, SOMETIMES. After testing it on a few objects like plastic, metal, and even on tape, they do not stick, on plastic it sometimes work, while other times it does not stick and curls up, even after removing the excess water/air bubbles. One thing I noticed is that it does not specify which is the back, as most usually have some kind of logo or something, instructions says it is "the smoother and whiter than the backside" to print on, which, upon looking at the paper, they both look and feel similar to each other. I ended up using the sides that did not feel like paper. It varied on results as I placed one on the same material which stuck perfectly, then after repeating the same thing, on the other side, it does not stick?? The material itself is upon removing the decal from the water is super thin, you can easily tear it without even noticing, so be careful with that. TL;DR: it works kinda, it's very inconsistent on what it sticks on as it will start to peel once dried, upon putting some water on said surface, same results occur with the material curling and can be easily removed. ... show more

I seen complaints about lifting so i used a basecoat after white gel and I'm having zero issues going on day 3 with my nails fully covered in it. I do use builder gel and top coat with sealing the edges too. I used cheap beauty sponges to help dry the paper. Maybe the other users weren't ensuring it was dry before top coating.
