I got this booklet for my 3rd and 5th grader to give their teachers as an end of year gift and both of their teachers wrote me to tell me that it was the best gift they had gotten(I added other things as well). I will advise you not to be like me and try to do this the night before because there are 50 questions so we were definitely still filling it out in the morning on our way to school. Not that I am complaining, but this was super small, like palm of my hand small. With that being said, it does not take away from the loveliness of it. My son's teacher loved it.
