The shelves look really great on my wall and were easy to assemble even with no instructions. The solid wood shelves were pre drilled and just needed the ropes tied in place. The lights are bright and come pre-connected to the vine. Just add two AA batteries to each shelf and enjoy!

These are super pretty and solid shelves. They come with lights and vines to hang around them which is a great touch. The lights require AA batteries. Definitely spiced up my room! Buy them!

The string lights were a bit difficult to get wrapped around the shelves, so I ended up putting them on my mantle and leaving the shelves bare. They rope was trying to unravel so to get the rope in the wood I had to tape the ends, otherwise easy assembly. The wood weighs practically nothing. These are super cute couldn’t pass up putting in my daughter’s room. I only wish they came assembled only due to the amount of rage i felt trying to thread the rope which kept unraveling through the damn holes in the board. Other than that, it was fairly easy to mount and put together. The shelves have a good width to it and the tint of the wood is beautiful. One thing to keep in mind is due to the way it hangs from the rope whatever you put on the shelves must be evenly balanced throughout or it will tilt. The vines had a fishy smell to it but it went away quickly. Of the amount of vines I’ve been getting lately to redo my daughters room I’m beginning to think its very normal. I got some double sided adhesive to attach the battery pack to the bottom of the shelves simply because i didnt want it taking up shelf space or hanging. Also I have golden butterflies pictured however these were not included I added them on for extra pizzazz. ... show more

I liked these hanging floating shelves very much, especially with the ivy and tiny (AA batteries needed) LED lights. I really like natural and/or "boho" styles, so this was a nice addition to my home. Putting the shelves together was a bit of a challenge, as the twine was a bit hard to thread into the wooden "shelf" pieces. Also, I would advise anyone to be mindful of the weight of the item(s) you choose to display on these shelves, as they will fall down if too much is on them. These shelves are made of incredibly thick wood and were heavier than inspected. They are fully assembly required, there are no instructions. I put them together while a little tipsy and it wasn't too hard, the most difficult part was working the rope into the hole because it is frayed and a little uneven. I would recommend taping the end just to get it through the hole.I did forgot they were supposed to be two seperate shelve and made one shelf, instead and it still worked out really well! Overall the product is decent quality and rather sturdy, it comes with everything pictured, the shelf, the rope, the ivy and the fairy lights. These floating shelves are pretty easy to assemble. I had a little trouble getting the rope into the pre drilled holes, and I found if you run a screw through to clear the holes of debris it makes it much easier. You simply tie the rope in a knot at the bottom of the shelf. The lighted ivy is pretty and makes the shelf’s design stand out. It is easier to wrap the ivy around the rope once your shelves are already hung to the wall. You will need to provide your own batteries for the lights. Adorable shelves that add a nice lovely green touch to any space! The lights on mine aren't very bright and upon opening the greenery there was a strong nasty odor.. went away after several minutes of airing out but the smell was awful and burned my nose. The rope was a hassle to get into the hole and the wood isn't the best quality. Hanging it wasn't difficult but had to retie a few times to get the shelves to look even.
