  • SUPER LITTLE PUMP
This is a great little producer and works great with the Klymit pads. Fast shipping, great price, and good quality. What’s not to like?

  • A cheap pump with an expensive Klymit sticker
This pump would only make sense if you're backpacking and need to travel light but still want a pump (perhaps at altitude, where simply walking can leave you winded) or if you don't like DIY fixes. This pump inflated my Klymit Static V (it has a push-pull valve) in approximately the advertised 30 seconds. But as I looked at the valve for a moment I realized a $12 universal fit pump that I already own plus a piece of poly tubing would get the job done, so I tried that and it performed just as well as the Klymit pump: filled quickly but needed a couple breaths to firm it up a bit (after a little more experimentation I found that a $2 collapsible silicone funnel fits well on my pump and the push-pull nozzle, so that is my solution now). To be fair my universal pump is bigger and heavier but I car camp so that's not a big deal. This thing really looks like a generic pump with a Klymit sticker on it. The nozzle it comes with to fit on your Klymit inflatable just slips over the inflate/deflate port on the pump without anything to keep it from falling off the pump, which it did very easily (this is one place my $12 pump has it beat: the various nozzles lock in place with a quarter turn. That isn't the case with the Klymit pump). The charging cord is ridiculous, it's a 1 ft micro USB cable. So if I meant to keep it I would probably switch it out to a longer cable. The on/off button is on the side and slightly raised. I accidentally turned the pump on twice while handling it, without trying to depress the button. I think it could easily turn on in your bag or the trunk of your car and either burn out the motor if the air intake was blocked or run the battery down. In short, this is a pain to use because the nozzle falls off the pump too easily, it doesn't perform any better than a cheap pump with a piece of poly tubing attached, and the on/off button is a liability. ... show more

  • Does not seal well
Bought this for my son to use with his Static V pad for scout camp however, it does not seal well with the nozzle, allowing air to leak when inflating and taking much longer than advertised. The battery did las the whole week though so at least that is a plus.

  • Pump does NOT inflate your mattress to desired hardness
Nicely made pump and rechargeable, which is great. What is not great, that it does not inflate your mattress to the full hardness so if you don't want to feel some ground touching your body, you will have to inflate with your mouth, which is kind of annoying. Unfortunately my return window closed so I stuck with it and my two Static V Luxe sleeping pads do not hold air and return window closed two, because I didn't use them for couple of months and only tried right now. Stuck with two worthless and expensive sleeping pads and stuck with the pump which doesn't do the job right. Buyer beware. ... show more

  • Great Pump for Klymit Mattresses
This pump works great with the Klymit air mattresses. I wish it came with additional nozzle connections for other uses.

  • Hell yes!! Game changer.
During colder months, most people pack some kind of air mattress with them, or sleeping pad that inflates. This thing is a total Game Changer! It's battery rechargeable with a simple small USB cable that comes with the unit. Packs up super small, and it's meant to inflate. Then after you slept on your pad, use this thing to deflate. Golden Nugget of information. If you got your socks wet crossing a stream or something, you can always use this thing to help dry them out. Not a hundred percent perfect fit, but you can also use this thing to suck the air out of a Ziploc bag if you need to do that. ... show more

  • Man this is small!!
I included a picture of the sleeping pad that I used by the same manufacturer. It is very comfortable but it is a 30" pad so it is wide and it is also long and I was not looking forward to inflating this by blowing into it myself. I looked into options and found this rechargeable inflator. I was very dismayed when I opened up the Box and saw the size of the inflator. You can see the size next to a 12 oz can of soda pop. However this little guy inflated my pad in less than one minute to a firmness of which I did not have to add to it manually. I am very impressed we will see how well it lasts over a long amount of time and I'm intrigued to see how many inflations I can get on 1 charge but so far it seems like a good investment. Will save me a lot of time when setting up my camp after a long day on the motorcycle. ... show more
