  • A Fun and Educational Build
Style: Single
My son was so excited to receive this Lego Gear Bots kit! It's been a great way to combine his love of Legos with learning about gears and simple machines. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, even for a younger builder. The kit includes a variety of gears, axles, and other building elements, allowing for endless creative possibilities. My son has spent hours building different models and experimenting with different gear combinations. It's a fantastic way to spark curiosity and encourage problem-solving skills. I highly recommend this kit to any child interested in STEM and creative play. It's a fun and educational experience that will keep them entertained for hours. ... show more

Purchased as a gift for a 10 year old boy. He loves it and has not only done the projects in the book, but has also come up with some of his own ideas using the gears etc.

The idea ia cool and legos are good but paper pieces are hard to dea with. paper rips easy and things are just not holding up as perfect as it should. Definitely need to be a very patient person

  • Misleading NAME: These are Wheel & Axle Bots, not a GEAR BOT
Style: Single
Pros: - Good for kids mental development - Creative - Plastic and paper construction - Kid will develop the concept of wheels and axle. Limitations: - Misleading Name - Do not have a gear parts, so this should not be a Gear Bot. I should be something like "Wheel and axle bot" - Paper cheaply made. Kids tear them easily. - Tried working with standard lego parts, did not work well. ... show more
