This is a workhorse of a bar spoon, meaning, it works great, but don't expect silver plating like what you find in nicer homer goods stores. It just works. The twizzles are smooth and not super deep, so they're easy for gripping and easy on your hands when making loads of cocktails. The twizzles are tight, but you can still get carbonated liquids into a drink without it fizzing over. The underside of the spoon is engineered well for floating layers of liquors atop one another if that's your bag. 12" length is pretty standard without being unreasonable. I actually got this product to help me stir my green tea every morning. I use a large 32 oz Yeti cup and drink Herba Matte and Macha tea every morning mixed with milk and honey. These spoons are PERFECT for getting all the way to the bottom to help stir. The steel is strong, durable, and dishwasher-safe. These stir spoons are PERFECT! This is a heavy spoon which makes it easy to stir drinks. I love the spiral design on the handle. I'd like to think there's some fancy reason for it that helps stir the drinks, but I'm quite simple and just like the looks of it. Easy to clean. Good addition to any bar.

The spoon I love, and its twisted shaft makes stirring all manner of drinks a breeze, but the fork side I am not so crazy about.... To me, and this is genuinely one guy's opinion, it feels as though the fork was an afterthought. Because in my mind it might be useful for a cherry, or perhaps an olive, but the tines are so thick it doesn't really lend itself to ease of use. The spoon side however is magnificent, and extremely useful as a quick measurement! It's gentle slope helps when mixing to not bruise delicate liquids, and its tortuous shaft helps to stir the liquids into a harmonious mixture of deliciousness! Also, the nice long length helps to give extra room for various glasswares. Definitely recommend at least checking this out! ... show more
