Product arrived timely and as advertised. After using for a couple of weeks, my wife said it was leaking onto the counter, and no matter how she arranged things in it the leaking continued. Before throwing it away I examined the construction of it looking for a flaw in design. Low and behold, I found the problem. For some strange reason the manufacturer installed a rubber plug in the drain. Why? I don't have a clue. It renders the product absolutely useless. I didn't see one in packaging, but there should be a "BEFORE USING REMOVE DRAIN PLUG" notation included in packaging. ... show more
