    • The handle is really long
Mop handle is really long. The good is you can push the mop along way without having to move around on a wet floor. The bad part is the handle makes it hard to store.

    • it is almost impossible to change refills.
Love the mop and have used them for 20 years, but the screws are to close to the handle to remove. the mop does leave streaks because of the rib pattern so i stream mop to finish.

    • Light weight and absorbent.
I use this at a pet care facility. Gets more than normal usage. Wouldn't buy any other kind of mop. The only drawback is the engineered screw hole to replace the mop head. Its cheaper to do that but impossible to reach the screw hole so we end up buying the whole mop. Sometimes I think they did it on purpose. ... show more

    • Floors dry fast
Either too long (with all 3 sections) taller than me. OR too short leaving one section out, but I'm only 5'4". I opted for shorter which is about 5 to 6 inches shorter than I'd really prefer

    • Sponge mop
I don't like that it takes so long to dry after you use the mop no matter how good I rung it out. Also since I use done a dark floor anytime I stopped and had the mop standing up right I can see marks on the floor where the sponge mop was because of the texture on the mop. I'll keep it anyhow even though I'll probably look for something else. If I could have found the mop heads for the mop I was using before I would have kept using that one. Unfortunately I had one of the first ones made and it was a smaller moped than what they have now. ... show more

    • Great Absorption but a Little Floppy
This mop has two strong features compared to similar mops we've owned: 1) The absorption of the water is excellent; 2) The solid handle allows you to scrub when you need to. Our previous mop was OK with absorbing water, but the collapsible handle would collapse when scrubbing. A few downsides to this mop: 1) You need to set the sponge in water for 10 minutes before every use, making it difficult to use for a quick spill clean-up; 2) The sponge itself seems "floppy" for lack of a better word. I'm not not convinced of the sponge's longevity. So far, so good. ... show more
