My wife has two german shepherds that every time they are let out bring about a pound of dust with them. I've added an air purifier but that doesn't get everything so I got this to help with the walls. It came packaged well with no defects. In the box were the mop head, 4 lengths of pipe for the handle, a microfiber mop head, and some disposable dusters. It is pretty easy to put together and I used the microfiber mop on our walls, and my lord you could definitely see where I cleaned and where I didn't. It is nice and long so it lets me get the whole wall not just the bottom without having to drag out a ladder. If you are wanting to clean your walls (at least the dust) this is a great tool for that. ... show more

This is great for wiping down my walls, much easier than using a microfiber cloth and getting on short ladder to do it by hand. I've used it on my floors too, as it gets the corners better than my swiffer does. Overall, I like it a lot. Makes cleaning easier. I do wish there was a way to buy replacement pads, I know the one I have that came with it won't be enough for me long term. I've already used up the disposable pads, and have been diy-ing it by using swiffer dust pads! ... show more
