i use romand's han all fix mascara for my top lashes and the neogen metal mascara for my bottom lashes, both of which are godsends for asian lashes (especially the romand one, it holds a curl like no other) but they're both basically waterproof and hard to get off. I tried a bunch of oil cleansers and balm cleansers and techniques for removing mascara but they all still felt like I had to rub my lashes too much. finally decided to try this remover and wow. it softened the mascara immediately without any tugging. I tried Lancome and Neutrogena waterproof mascara remover, but neither worked. I tried to this product, which by the way didn't have instructions in English. So, I used the picture as guidance, and hoped I had applied the product correctly. After application, I had to wait about three to five minutes before wiping the substance away with cotton balls dampend with water. Then, I had to swipe my eyes about three times. I absolutely love this to remove waterproof mascara from Heroine or another company that makes a similar mascara. I just put it on right when I start my routine and then wash it off with the rest of my makeup. Works perfect.

I coat my lashes with this, followed by a swipe of my makeup eraser cloth and every bit of mascara is removed! I'm a contact wearer and most makeup removers cloud my vision... but not this!

This product is applied directly on lashes to remove waterproof mascara. I give it time to work while I brush my teeth, then use a cleansing balm all over my face. The mascara slides right off. It’s gentle on your lashes and doesn’t sting or cloud your eyes. I put it on subscription re-order every 3 months along with mascara. You should always toss your mascara after 3 months! I love the heroine water proof mascara, it’s fantastic since I work outdoors sometimes, but it is a pain to get off your eyelashes, let alone gently. Never bought this because I thought it would be a useless purchase and I didn't want to spend more money on cleansing products which I already had. I was so wrong. This thing works wonders and it cuts my makeup removal time by so much. Sometimes, I would shy away from their mascara because I was too lazy to even think about removing the mascara at the end of the day, but this rids my worries of all that.
