I am on a calorie deficit and bought a bag of Haribo Cola gummies last week. I only eat a few a day and thought to see if there were better alternatives for Cola gummies. So I bought these. The nutrition and low sugar is great. The initial Cola flavor is spot on, but the after taste is a little bitter in a way. They're also not so sour. My ideal gummy texture is in Albanese gummies. I find Haribo to be a bit too hard. These Cola gummies have no bounce or chewyness. They're more squishy than gummy. You can't gnaw on them a bit while eating. One thing I'm terrified about though, after having finished 1 pack, are the reviews I didn't see about the gastro issues. I have IBS. Am I doomed? I've had a few of the Kiss My Keto candies and most of them are pretty good. I actually prefer them to Smart Sweets. But these gummy fish compared to the Smart Sweet ones are absolutely disgusting. I couldn't even finish a bag. Waste of $20 and they're all getting thrown out. The Sour bears are the best I've had so far, but the watermelon ones aren't terrible either. The berry bite ones are okay, but had one disgusting flavor, which is unfortunately the flavor of these gummy fish. I was hoping it would be the one really good flavor in the berry bite gummies, but alas it is not. __________________________________________________________________________________________________ EDIT: Kiss My Keto reached out to address my issues and concerns. When I messaged back on how they'd like to do that, this is what I received: "Hi Ben, Thank you for your response and valuable feedback regarding our gummy fish. We're constantly trying to improve our products, so your input is very helpful. As a way of apology, we have processed a partial refund for your order and it will reflect back in your account in a few business days. Please let us know if you require further assistance. Kind regards, Kiss My Keto". While a partial refund is appreciated since I didn't expect to get anything, it's pretty underwhelming to received a partial refund on a $20 product. Had it been a full refund, I would have just bought another item like the tropical rings to try. After this experience though, I'll never buy Kiss My Keto again. Which is a shame, because some of their products like the sour gummy bears and sour cola bottles are really good. But the lackluster remedy to reach out and waste my time for what I assume is maybe $10, is ridiculous. UPDATE: I was refunded $5.85...laughable. ... show more

They taste and have the texture of regular gummys. I really missed eating gunmy bears and these remind me of their flavor. Tip: put them in the refrigerator for a while to cool, they taste even more delicious

4.5 stars…These are amazing-2g of net carbs, tons of fiber, No fat and are good tasting! I can see myself eating these during and after Keto! My favorite is the yellow one-peach or mango I think?! Then the green apple. The least desirable one, in my opinion, is the grape flavor-company can def improve on this flavor and aftertaste-but I really can’t complain too much about that or the fact they are pretty pricey! For $20 bucks I think #10/box would be great instead of 6/box…IJS. Another benefit I just thought of is-I get so nervous while on Keto because too much protein can throw you out of ketosis and too often snacks are loaded with protein (like what for?!!) these little babies have no protein, so it’s perfect! I also love the fact that they are vegan because I do not eat pork and too often gelatin ingredients in fruity snacks are made with swine! I can’t wait to try the other vegan products. Update : The fruit roll ups were okayish. Nothing like a fruit roll up though. It’s like thickened gelatin very artificial flavors. But they were edible. Thank goodness The peach rings are the best flavor and texture wise. Edible without smelling like mail polish or toxins. I tossed the watermelon gummies they gave me upset stomach and the smell and taste were terrible! Not edible. I purchased the watermelon, peach rings and fruit roll ups flavors from this company as I am on a keto diet and at time crave a sweet gummy candy. Upon opening the bag of watermelon they smelled like nail polish but I thought okay I’ll try one anyhow and it turns out it tastes like what I envisioned that nail polish would taste like! I just had 2 pieces and….. I’m assuming it’s full of chemicals. After the initial strong taste I can taste artificial watermelon and then the after taste is like nail polish again. Made my stomach hurt and upset now so I’ll update tomorrow morning when I can say something about it’s effects overnight. I’ll be receiving the peach rings and fruit roll ups soon too so o can review them. ... show more
