The box this item came in appeared to be torn open. This was super simple to put together although, they did not have all the pieces labeled with letters. Even still, this does not take a rocket scientist to put together. My mattress is off the floor so I am pleased so far with this purchase.

Assembly was easy! Customer service is outstanding. I had a minor issue with the product dimensions. But I decided to keep the rails because it’s easier than taking them to a shipping location. Seller reached out to me and was sincere and result driven to handle the issue to my satisfaction. Just by providing outstanding customer service alone, I will be using this company again in the future. Customer service speaks volumes to me as it shows me that to some companies it’s not always about the money. The product is extremely sturdy. I have two twin xl box springs and a king size mattress sitting on the rails. The last bed rails I ordered broke and my husband and I were sleeping with our bed and box springs on the floor until we found a replacement. My mattress sagged for years. When it became a concave V shape I decided to see what was going on and well the bed slats on my sleigh bed had broken. Probably shortly after I bought the bed (new). I found this item and installed it within the wooden sleigh bed frame. It was a hair too wide so I used the drawbridge method which installed it perfectly. Placed my box spring and mattress on top and this bed doesn’t sag at all now and is so comfortable. To think I could have done this years ago but I thought it was the mattress. If your mattress sags, check your bed slats! Then buy this item. (I’m not being paid to write this am just so happy I didn’t have to buy a new bed) ... show more
