I was able to purchase this mattress for only $250 on prime day. I was skeptical but willing to take the chance for that price. It arrived in a box that was about 12 in.² and 6 feet tall. Extremely heavy. My BF and I had to call in a sturdier friend to help get it upstairs. And the instructions don’t lie when they say be careful when you cut the plastic…it EXPLODED! We had a good laugh over that. Luckily, I had thought to take down the low hanging chandelier in the room beforehand. Per instructions, we let it rest for about three days before moving it into our room. (that actually was not difficult. It somehow seemed to get lighter.) It is thicker than 14 inches which is great other than I had to buy sheets with a deeper drop. It’s every bit of 17 inches once it expands fully. The description said medium firm and it definitely is on the firmer side, but so comfortable. The edges aren’t very structured so it can be a little hard to sit on the side of the bed. And on the box spring and bed frame it is quite tall so I have to kind of launch myself in and if I don’t make it fully, I’ll sort of slide back off. This mattress is so firm and comfortable. I do not feel like it's super hard for your back. It makes you want to lay flat on your back because of the support it gives. I have back problems so this bed is awesome

Been sleeping on the mattress for a few months, so far it's holding up well, edges too. The frame I order was easy enough to assemble and the mattress, well it just unrolled and popped up. We were able to sleep on it the next night. It didn't have any bad or chemical smell. The only complaint is, there is no box spring to tuck the top sheet and blanket when you make the bed, old fashioned I guess. ... show more

I just received it today and unpackaged it. It is !heavy!, Amazon had two ladies carry it together to my 2nd floor apartment. I dragged it in myself, would’ve been easier with another person, but it’s doable. It cautions you on the box that it is a team lift! This a queen size! Took me about 15-20mins to get it unwrapped and on my bed. It says 72 hours to expand but this picture is directly after I unwrapped it. Very soft and comfortable. Packaged arrived fast and well packed. Opened the package and let it work its way out for a couple of days before sleeping on it. But if you are looking for a medium firm mattress, this is not it. It is soft, you sink in it, the word firm shouldn't be used to describe it in any way.

Stiff, no edge support so you feel like your tilting/ falling when you sit on the edge or lay down too close to the top. Would return if I could but sadly I'm stuck with this painful piece of crap. Edit: the sellers reached out to me and offered a refund and Amazon offered to pick it up to return it.
