This is a firm mattress for now. Eight inches really is not that thick. With a nice thick mattress topper, this mattress is OK. The major problem is that the corners never fully extended and are not square like in the pictures. The sides do not have strength so sitting on the edge can easily become a sliding off the side event. The memory foam sinks when one lays on it, but it returns to flat quickly when changing laying positions. For less than $200, this mattress works. Just not sure for how long though. With corners that look wonky and nothing like the pics in the description, I feel I got what I paid for. ... show more

I would tag this "firm" but it's pretty subjective. It's definitely comfortable. It's a bit smaller height-wise than my other Queen-size mattress but it wasn't much of an issue. The sheets still fit. I like this mattress a lot.

Got this as a temporary replacement for my old mattress. Runs the 8" advertised but would need an additional topper or something so sheets fit - not deep pocket sheets, just regular ones. Comfortable to sleep on. Didn't take long to fluff up - 2 days before I used it. I still have a mattress protector/topper on it but will eventually get a regular mattress and store this for guests. ... show more

Not sure what to do. How do you return something this big? It said to let it sit out for 72 hours. Well it’s been six days and the corners of the mattress are still bunched up. The mattress is not filling out. I’m not sure if I will recommend this mattress to anybody.

The mattress itself is not too bad if you are looking for VERY FIRM support. I prefer it not to be to firm, however this is easily adjustable with a mattress top that has cushion.
