This was a heavy box to lug into the house! I was helping my mother so I got it out of the box and on the floor then I started to cut the plastic off of it. I knew it was under pressure because it was so much smaller rolled up, so luckily I made my mother move out of the way. When I got near the end it just sort of exploded and the rest of the plastic ripped and it popped open with some force. She had to wait to use it until her bed frame arrived. This mattress is not medium firm aT all. The edges fell like you’re about to fall off it if you sleep to close to them. It sinks in where you lay. Uncomfortable overall.
