Okay I’m going to try to be as detailed as possible. So we decided to upgrade our bed after 5 years. I searched everywhere on Amazon & all the other brands were either $300+ or we’re going to take almost a month to get to us. But then I found this, I read all the reviews & we decided to try it. We had never ordered a mattress online before but decided to give it a try. It shipped pretty fast but then somehow was lost in transit (which is still don’t know how they misplaced a package this big) but it wasn’t the seller’s or amazons fault, that’s on ups who it was shipped through. I contacted Amazon & they immediately ordered a replacement. That was on February 15th. Amazon said it wouldn’t be here until February 22nd & we were okay with that. Well it ended up showing up on February 17th! We were so excited. The box is heavy so it’s easier for 2 people or someone super strong to carry. My husband got it upstairs & unpackaged which was super easy to do. It almost immediately inflated but we gave it about 12 hours to sit. Last night we slept on it for the first time & omgggg love it. It’s definitely firm which is what my husband wanted but still soft. The memory foam is great & makes you feel cradled as you sleep. It pops right back up pretty fast too! One of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever bought. We will be buying a full size for our daughter since she needs a new bed too! Amazing quality at an amazing price! ... show more

Almost exactly what I was looking for! We just moved and got rid of our old queen size spring mattress. I thought I preferred spring because of the bounce but decided to go for this instead because of the low price for a king size. It's VERY comfortable, not too soft or overly firm. I weigh 100 pounds my husband weighs 250 pounds and it suits us very well. Theres absolutely no sinking feeling (for me, slightly sinking for my husband) but its firm enough that it goes back to its shape quickly enough when you move. I also don't have that stay in the bed feeling when I wake up anymore, I feel refreshed. There was a paint type smell that it kept a day or so but I just left the window slightly open to combat it. I won't be mad it only lasts a year or so because the price was soo cheap. I will probably buy it again if it needs to be replaced, I rather do that then buy an expensive mattress that'll only last 5 years. Purchase this mattress if you would like to be extremely comfortable and receive restful sleep. It is soft and firm. You do not sink it in terribly, only enough to feel as though one is laying on the clouds. After releasing it from its vacuum seal, it did not take long for it to fully expand. It did not take the suggested amount of time. I set up the bed frame and put the mattress on it that night. It was easy to open, rather heavy for one person to move around, and durable. I love this mattress and was so pleasantly surprised. It didn't smell at all once opened and expanded within 12 hours. It's super comfortable and is soft. It was very easy to setup, just required having enough space to open it and roll it out.

For the price, you can’t beat this mattress. Super comfortable and I slept on it the same night I received it. It only took a few hours for it to shape correctly but the smell does take a few days to go away. My only complaint is that it says it’s a cooling mattress but it doesn’t really feel cool. I tend to feel pretty hot at night not sure if it’s because summer just started but either way, can’t complain for the price! ... show more
