Omg I needed a new mattress so bad due to my now old one hurting my entire body and me feeling every single spring in it I felt so beaten up every time I woke and the mattress won so I decided to try this out of box mattress and I am so glad I did it's definitely a game changer never will I buy mattresses in a furniture store ever again!! The shipping was fast received my mattress in one day it came in a long box like a rectangle shape it says you need a two person lift but I live alone lucky for me I am a strong woman but believe me it's heavy af and a struggle to get out the box but like I said I am strong and determined once out the box I lifted one end to prop on the bed so I can go to the other end pick it up and push it onto the bed then I noticed a piece of paper and tool taped to it if you don't see it I advise rolling the mattress until u due as it is the instructions and a nice handy tool to take the plastic off the mattress without damaging the mattress by having to use a knife or scissors which I thought was so cool and I plan on keeping it to open anything sealed from now on lol anyhoo once u start unsealing it ⚠️please be careful as the mattress will start to unfold and it will pop out like a cork in a wine bottle and if you are not careful it will literally take you out lol lucky I was standing over top of it on the box spring and was able to jump down real fast but let me tell you I was so amazed that it looks like and is an actual mattress cause the way it was sealed in and rolled up I was like hmm idk about this but I was blown away in a good way so it tells you to give it some time to let it fully expand but baby that was not needed at all it was ready right away which I was thrilled about another thing that was exciting is it last for 10 years now I got the 14inch not knowing how high it would be but I still love it and the fact that it is thick which I didn't think it was going to be again based on how it was sealed and rolled up it's nice and firm but not overly firm regular sheets will not work for this mattress you will need to purchase deep pocket sheets I love the motion isolation the color of the mattress and how such a good quality mattress was at an affordable price this is a win mattress for me or as the younger one's say a "W" mattress I couldn't be more happier it feels good to lie on whooo I am going to sleep so good tonight and so on Thank You 🫶🙌🥰 ... show more

Bought this for my husband and I. Both suffer from back pain. Was well worth the money. Got a great sleep for the first time in a while. Very sturdy, good for back support and other joints, thicker than we expected, and once we opened the packaging took nothing for it to inflate to size.

Love the mattress, so far I've been sleeping peacefully and very rested. But I think I should of gone with a 12" instead of 14". It sits up high so i need to get a stool to get into bed lol. I'm short. Size is big, not to firm, very comfortable.

We had been looking to get a bigger bed, but didn't want to spend a fortune on one either. After looking and researching for a few weeks we decided on this. Delivery was quick, its pretty heavy but was fairly easy to get upstairs. You definitely want two people when cutting the film. It unrolls really fast. We allowed it the 48 hours to fully inflate. For the price it cant be beat, now we dont complain of not having enough room. We both get a full night's sleep waking up refreshed. We aren't waking up early because our back hurts or because our neck hurts from sleeping awkward. Definitely would recommend ... show more

It's only been a day but it feels very comfy, came fast, and I can't feel any springs... The true test will come in the morning...For the last year we've been on a mattress that cost just under 900 dollars from a huge furniture company that's very well known. That mattress has been killing our lower backs for so long, the pain is so bad waking up that it takes your breath away. I read that sometimes it can take some people's bodies time to get used to memory foam mattresses but it's been a year and I was finished!! I don't have back problems I never had any back injuries however my old mattress makes it feel like I broke my dang back. My mother came to town to visit and I gave her my room and it killed her back as well.. My husband hates it. So we broke down and bought this. I am praying that when I wake up tomorrow, my back will not be in excruciating pain. I will update ... show more

Excellent quality ! Looks good too. I got medium firm , it's almost too firm but it would probably be a hassle to exchange it. Maybe it will soften up over time. I do wake up with no pain , I haven't done that in years.
