  • Get this one!! Truck or horse!!
Size: 13'X20' Color: Brown
Size: If you're looking for a shelter for your horse, get this one!! It is the only one I could find out there where my horse doesn't have to duck to get into it. My horse can walk in with plent of clearance over his head. And a ton of space around him. I also have a truck, and when I set this up, I actually want to buy another one because it would fit my truck amazing. Again, it's nice and tall and wide. When I couldn't find shelters that fit my horse's need, I searched for truck car ports which lead me here. I noticed there are also barely any options for truck car ports that aren't $1k+ or made of metal without sides. Setup / Sturdiness: This was sturdy from the beginning. The pipes aren't those typical pipes you even find for ShelterLogic ones which I've also had before and they fall apart like napkins. This one however, the pipes are thick and heavy. Also, I set up the entire frame by myself (120lb woman) in about 2 hours. They don't use stupid nuts and hex bolts that take forever! They were amazingly smart and provided bolts and butterfly nuts instead! It made set up an absolute breeze. Strength / Quality: Again, the pipes are thick and strong. Stakes are provided as well (which not all carport actually provide). And they provide actual rachet straps for cranking down the roof too instead of expecting us to be super human and crank it down with a rope like some of these carport companies do. The tarp is thick and durable too. The only tiny thing that would make this a million stars in my book was if the tarp was either a different material or had a secondary outside layer made of something like neoprene or something smooth so it doesn't look like a tarp. But after it's been on for a few days and stretched out, the crinkles do go away and it looks pretty nice overall. Customer Service: 5 stars, hands down. I got hit by the hurricane, and fedex didn't deliver box 5 of 5 for some reason. Then FedEx updated the delivery to randomly say I refused the 5th box several days later due to damage. I reached out to this company and they immediately responded and sent out a replacement of the 5th box. I will only ever buy carports from this company/brand!! ... show more

  • Great tall carport option for pontoon boat storage.
Size: 13'X20' Color: Dark Gray
Needed a taller carport to winterize my ~20' pontoon boat. This fit perfect and was a pretty easy solo build. Ran some string lights along the crossbeam supports. I did use 4 small/mid duty ratchet straps on each corner at the 135deg and tied down to the frame of the trailer for winter. I've had it up for 2 months now and it's withstood two 15-20mph wind storms and several snow storms. Time will tell how quality the tarp is, but so far very happy with it for the price. As others mentioned zipper doesn't look super durable, but so far mine has held up. The way that the bottom corner brackets are a 90deg will make it easy to make it mobile in the summer. Will throw two harbor freight swivel tires on the back end and board across front to lift with the tractor 3pt hitch. Will probably purchase another come spring to house a sawmill. ... show more

  • Solid, well constructed cover
Size: 13'X20' Color: Dark Gray
Canvas is thick and water-repellent. Frame takes a little time to construct, but direction not difficult to follow along with pictures. Two of us assembled, and I would recommend not lifting the canopy onto side walls by yourself. The metal frame is substantial; once completed and tightened. Overall, the cover is sturdy. A few drawbacks to kit (IMHO): 1. Wing nuts are used vice standard nuts. I believe wingnuts are used to stop people from overtightening the fasteners, causing breakage and collapsing of tubing. The user should check the tightness of fasteners once in a while to verify they have not loosened up under use. 2. The directions for side wall bars location on wall and insertion into canvas needs more direction. The location is approximately 14" - 16" from the bottom of the sidewall. Knowing location helps get the main tarp close to finish location before the top frame is installed on side walls. 3. Hold down pins are marginal to hold cover in winter weather conditions. Pins look similar to oversize tent stakes with smooth shank. Windy weather causes a lot of lift on canopy and wiggle to loosen stake hold in soil. I ordered some nylon weight bags to place on sidewall feet in order to hold the cover in place. Even with drawbacks, the canopy is still a quality unit, has good overhead clearance and width for equipment/vehicle parking. Parts are labeled well to match directions; all components packaged well. I do not know how the canopy holds up over time yet; will update in time. Note: You receive multiple numbered boxes with the kit. Also, two of us picked up and move a short distance after assembled; don't move too far. ... show more

  • Didn't last a winter.
Size: 13'X20' Color: Dark Gray
Got this for my boat shelter in the fall but it barely made it to spring. Wind nearly toppled it and it wasn't even that strong of gusts. The footing rusted out on one leg only in a few months! One leg broke completely off and nearly landed on my car parked next to it. One of the roof braces bent in from wind also. All in all terrible product that didn't stand up to any wind at all. The one star is for the tarp. The tarp is actually pretty good. Thick and durable and dropped snow off like a breeze. If you are going to replace the structure with something better then go for it but the steel is absolutely garbage. ... show more

  • Great shelter.
Size: 13'X20' Color: Dark Gray
Nice shelter for my pontoon boat. Should be set up on a solid level base on treated boards. The corners should be anchored very securely, I used fence posts pounded in the ground 3 ft deep then ratchet straps on each one otherwise the wind will blow this away. The cover is fairly heavy material we'll see if it'll last a few years otherwise it looks good and it is solid. ... show more

  • Not as heavy duty as it appears
Size: 10'X20' Color: Brown
I was going to send it back but realized I was responsible for the shipping. The frame seems moderately heavy duty but won’t shed snow without shaking it off. The cover is not heavy duty at all! A Costco tarp is probably four times thicker! It’s a semi decent tent and served my purpose as a temporary wood shop, but think the manufacturer should make a stronger cover for that price. ... show more
