I was kinda reluctant on buying a mattress out of a box, but I really had no choice. We had paid $3000 for a mattress that killed my husband and I every night. We would wake up hurting everywhere. I felt bad for my husband because his hips and back hurt so bad. I saw this mattress and I always wanted a firm foam mattress. This mattress is fantastic I couldn’t be happier. It is firm but my husband and I wake up almost pain free. He said his hips doesn’t even hurt in the morning. I have neuropathy so I’m always hurting everywhere that could hurt. I use to wake up with bad shoulder pain sleeping in our old mattress but not once in 5 days sleeping on this have I yelled out in pain. The edge of the mattress is firm you will not slide off or roll off. It comes with a 10 year warranty if it last for 5 years I will be happy and I will buy it again for the price. You cannot go wrong if you are in the market for a firm mattress. I have this mattress on top of my old box spring and it doesn’t slide off. You will also not feel your partner moving around. Please be warned, this product is hard as a rock, it has made all my back, hips and wrist problems even worst. The manufacture doesn’t allow any returns if is not for a clear defect, meaning this is a product that you can’t try like many other mattress brands in the internet. Save some money, time and frustration avoiding buying this product and from this brand. I am stuck with a product that is hurting my body, has to spent $300+ in a good topper and wasted almost one week dealing with their poor customer service. To the manufacturer: it is ridiculous that you are an online mattress brand and you don’t offer any trial periods. I bought the 12” Medium King size mattress. I love it. It’s not too hard, not too soft.. it’s perfect. I work a warehouse job and have a lot of body pain when I come home from work and this alleviates any pain at night. I’m not tossing and turning like I used to. It’s perfect for side & stomach sleeper. I usually can’t sleep on my side on most beds because of shoulder issues. But I have no shoulder pain. Buy the damn mattress. This mattress is absolutely amazing!!! It grew the entire 14 inches and it’s soooo firm that when my boyfriend shakes his foot all night from his RLS I don’t feel a thing. No weird smell, opened the box cut off the plastic and left the house overnight to go to his parents for thanksgiving came home and it was all big and firm and perfect.
