I was very impressed by the quality of this bed and quickly receiving it. Just the right amount of firmness. The mattress hugs your body but you do not sink into it. Definitely happy with it and worth the price.

I have never slept on memory foam before, because I was imagining sleeping on a giant cleaning sponge. That did not seem appealing to me at all. Also, some of the other memory foam products I have used, smelled unpleasant even after letting them air out and treating them with deodorizers. I have tried many memory foam pillows and seat cushions. Fortunately, this is not the case with this mattress. It does not feel like a giant sponge and smell terrible. The cooling effect is only temporary, because your body warms up the mattress gradually as you sleep. I found that rolling over every once and awhile it become cool again if you move some, which I do. If you like soft mattresses that you sink into, this is great. If you like firm mattresses, then this is not so great. Unfortunately, I wish the mattress to be more firm. Don't get me wrong, I have had some of the greatest sleep ever on this mattress. It does a great job of relieving pressure throughout my body, so I can relax, maybe a little to well. The size of the mattress fits perfectly for my bed. Also, it's definitely a very high quality material that hasn't shown any signs of wear after a month. This seems like it will last longer than old box spring mattress if it's cared for. To me, that makes it worth the money you spend if it lasts. I haven't experience any real issues with this at all, so I'm going to give it 5 stars. ... show more

I was skeptical about purchasing a mattress online but glad I did. This is a true firm mattress. For me and my husband it is perfect. We both have back problems and our previous mattress-with time- got too soft and was creating sleep issues. Since we got this one we sleep a full night and it just right for us. Just purchased this mattress. I got the queen size 14inch I also have it on top of a 9 inch bottom frame. Have slept on it for about a week and my mattress feels so comfortable and I sleep also well. I really love the 14 inch becuase it sits much higher than my previous mattress and my bedroom looks more relaxing with my mattress sitting higher. It's a very good quality product. It's very firm though so if you like a softer bed you will need to get something different. I like a softer bed and I can still manage it. I will be getting a pad to put on top to make it a little softer for myself.

If your looking for a new bed this is the one. Came in a box. I recommend having it on your box spring when taking it out and unrolling it. Took about an hour to puff up. Soooooo comfy. It's perfect. Everything I was hoping for.

I bought the king 14” firm mattress and it literally only took about almost 3 hours to get to the 14”. So comfortable and the best part is that we get the best night sleep on this mattress!
