Used this to tighten some 1/2" lag bolts on the deck and also used it to take the lug nuts off a car. I accidently dropped my Kimo 3/8 impact into a full bucket of coolant. I got it out immediately. Used air to blow dry and the battery also. The tool still works perfectly fine. I was worried it was ruined but nope it really is very durable. Love it.

    • The battery is bad after about 5 minute operation
I bought the Kimo model 3603S on 8/16/2022. After I received the item I recharged the battery for about 30 minutes and then used it for auto work for about 5 minutes. It worked well and the quality was good. Since then I have never used it again but I recharged the battery every two months. Yesterday I tried to used it again but it did not work any more. When I pressed the trigger it only worked for about 4 seconds, then I need to put the battery into the charger for two seconds to reset it, and it worked again but only for 4 seconds. I need to repeated this process again and again. Finally I concluded that the battery is bad. I'll contact the manufacturer to see if they can replace the bad battery. ... show more

Not the strongest but works really well. Strong enough for some things and like the lug nuts for most cars. I bought this mostly for the speed. I typically break all the nuts or bolts loose first by hand, the zip them off with this. Then I'll use it to zip them back on real fast, then finish tightening by hand.     • It surprised me. Exceeded my expectations.
For the price I paid, I was not expecting much. but it surprised me. I read the reviews ahead of time and decided to buy it. I bought it to use for changing a tire and for simple automotive work on my own cars. It’s very strong when loosening something. Also tightens good but I would recommend using a torque wrench right after using this since I don’t feel the bolts tightens all the way back on the wheel. The battery holds up good in my opinion. I don’t use it 24/7 but, I have put it to the test and the battery held up well. Comes with little chrome sockets and a carrying case. Overall to have in the trunk in case you got to change your tire on the freeway or for basic work, It’ll do the job. I only use a bigger, more expensive electric ratchet, when this one does not want to loosen a really stuck on bolt. But it’s for sure a tough, affordable, electric ratchet for the price. ... show more

    • Battery Failure
I bought this product to speed up the removal of wheel lugnuts and just after a few uses the battery has failed. I now have a useless drill that is still brand new. Can someone instruct me on obtaining a replacement battery? I would appreciate it.
