I looked at a lot of chairs before I bought this one. I bought this chair for several reasons: It came in red and black and it had comfy looking arm rests. The foot rest and massage lumbar support were just added benefits. Round 1: FOOT REST. The foot rest felt barely sturdy enough to hold my legs. I was very careful with it because I didn't want to break my new chair. For reference, I am 5'9" 150 lbs and I felt like I might break the foot rest. My legs also felt a little long for the foot rest, but I knew it was going to be short because of my height and I bought it anyway. I wasn't really expecting something super sturdy but it still held my legs, so I count that as a win. Round 2: MASSAGE. The massage lumbar support had a cylinder about the size of a tube of lipstick shoved into the front of the pillow. I purposely opened it up and stuck the tube further back into the center of the pillow because it hurt having this vibrating rock right in the small of my back. After doing that, it felt a lot better, but I still don't use it for extended periods of time because I find it uncomfortable. Maybe I'm weird, but I don't like my back feeling numb. This thing vibrates A LOT. Also, don't worry about the cord from the pillow to your computer being too short, it's 8 feet long, lol. Round 3: DESIGN. The color was exactly what I wanted and matched my set up perfectly. It is exactly as pictured. Also, I must mention that all of my friends I game with were super jealous. Round 4: COMFORT. I really did buy this chair for the super comfy looking armrests and I was not disappointed. It might be my second favorite thing about the chair (the first being the color and design, of course). I was a little disappointed by how hard the chair felt as first, but after I wore it in a little bit it felt a lot better. I game A LOT, so I wouldn't keep a chair that wasn't comfortable to sit in for hours at a time. Bonus round: I actually really like the Killabee logo on the chair. I think it looks super cool and it should be noted that it is actually THREAD. It is sewn on, it's not a cheap patch or something, so it looks really nice on the chair. A random note about the chair that I didn't consider when I bought it was the height and how it fit under my desk (because your desk is unlikely going to be adjustable, lol). At it's highest, the armrests just barely fit under my desk, and that measures at 28". At its lowest the armrests measure at 26", so if your desk is shorter than that, the armrests of your chair will not fit underneath. Not sure how important that is to you, but I thought I'd mention it. The most important part is I gave this chair 5 stars because it's what I needed. I rarely use the foot rest or the massage lumbar support so, for my needs, this chair is perfect. If you're looking for a comfy, good-looking chair, then this will not disappoint. ... show more

    • Best Gaming Chair I've ever used
This is an amazing chair at a great price. I needed a new chair that I can sit in for long hours (I work from home and this was a necessity), put my feet up and just be comfortable and that's exactly what I got. PROs - It literally only took me 40 minutes to put this chair together. Clear instructions and great build quality - I love the that the arm rests are padded. - Being able to recline almost flat is huge when watching movies - The foot rest is comfortable and extends enough for me and I'm right at 6ft tall - The quality of the leather is top notch - Obviously the most important, it's very comfortable. - I had a small issue and contacted the company directly and they resolved it immediately. Outstanding customer service. CONS - No head pillow but that's just my preference. The more I use the chair the less I feel the need for one. - It doesn't rock but then again it's not advertising that it does so no biggy. The multiple reclining positions more than make up for it. - Only one other reviewer I saw had an issue with the seat the same as me but it looks like it's an isolated incident. I contacted the company and they took care of it no problem. Very happy with this company and chair. you will NOT be dissapointed with the purchase. ... show more

    • 8/10 Chair, great for the price. Well padded and comfortable
The chair seems great. Was easy to assemble and has more than enough cushion. it is tall enough for me (at 6 feet tall) to rest my head on the backing. The lumbar support does need constant readjustment but once its in place its great till you get up next. My only real gripe is that the right arm is loose despite me tightening both bolts as much as I could. Other arm is fine. Seems to be the bolt connecting the arm to the seat, not the back, that has a loose socket perhaps. Overall glad with my purchase. Was long overdue for a quality chair. Update, a couple months of use in and both arms are very loose. The left arm's connection to the base of the chair is no good. Since the arms hold the back straight that wobbles too now. I am guessing it is a problem with the part you sit on. Those sockets are either weak or not secured in the wood well. ... show more

Second and last Review- September 6, 2018 Killabee really cared. They contacted me, understood my concerns and went ahead and beyond in helping me with my concerns. They made sure I was complete and fully satisfied and I can see that even while I had issues with my chair in the beginning, that these are rare ocassions, I can also see that KILLABEE cares enough to help you be fully satisfied by fixing things for you the best way possible. I would give 10 stars if I could. Excellent Job! First Review - August 29, 2018 Gloves included. Good Job. Manual included. Good Job. Materials well protected. Good Job. Manual was not clear enough. Sadly. I counted some 57 scratches on chair. Sadly. The attachment of the chair, back and seat are definitely poorly explained. I will keep the chair, but the last 3 points I wrote explain why I am not happy to have paid $169.00 and get so many scratches on it, but it is ok. The picture attached shows some of the scratches back and front of the chair. It was also impossible for me to put the bolts correctly. I recommend paying $70.00 for the assembly assistance. I would have done so instead of spending 2 hours trying to fix the chair myself. ... show more

    • Tips easy with leg rest out, but solid all around!
I like this chair a lot!!! Set up is really easy, built well n sturdy and comes with the nice lil massage lumbar support.. only thing is the leg rest is a bit short especially for someone like me who is 6’2, but I make it work and I’m comfortable the way I sit.. also if you have the leg rest out it tips very easy if you even lean forward in the slightest.. busted my ass a few times.. but all in all I can’t complain it’s a good chair I’m happy with my purchase. ... show more
