My 6-9 year old really wanted a step counter watch, this was exactly the ticket. He's a very responsible little guy, so charging up the watch every few days when it gets low is an exciting part of the routine. The segment display-based interface is, to put it kindly, clunky. The instructions are remedial English and took 2 adults to piece together, though the controls are simple enough once you figure it out... But 3 months in and it's still bringing joy to his little face every time he gets a new high step count, and my original concerns about it feeling like it wouldn't last have been largely assauged. This was first purchased as a Christmas present, delivered on December 12, 2023, band buckle broke, watch would not charge. Returned and received replacement on February 2, 2024, was able to charge after multiple attempts. Now that the battery has ran down, it will not charge, and in looking at trying to return there is a message that the return window has closed on March 2nd, so less than 30 days after receiving the replacement, I am now stuck with a junk product. Please tell me how this can be resolved for a return or get a refund. I will not be able to give any good comments in regards to anything with this transaction on all parties involed. ... show more

The fit is quite nice, can be strapped to be a bit smaller or larger. Left a good amount of wiggle room on it for comfort, my only negative is that the description says multiple alarms and I was really hoping for more than just the 2 alarm settings. This was specifically purchased for “potty training” and reminding my little one of bathroom breaks while at school to prevent accidents. Aside from that, we will keep it. My grands loved this watch so much that my mom wanted one but was unable to operate it. Also, the way it charges is funky...have to lift it out of the band. So minus one star for the charging issue and minus one because an adult couldn't operate.

This watch is perfect! It tells you the time, date, how many steps walked, how many miles walked, how many calories burned, and there is an alarm clock! It comes with a charger, and if you pop the watch out of the band, there is a charging port. Also perfect for the price!

We purchased this watch for our daughter for Christmas. She was over the moon excited as it is practical but still cute. It is only March and unfortunately now the watch does not show the time in whole numbers. Often times only the minute numbers are able to be seen, the hour number may only be able to be seen or the numbers are on the screen, but not completed so it makes telling time difficult. My daughter is very careful with the watch. It has not been dropped or banged at all. She does not wear it while she plays sports and primarily just wears it to school. It was worn in the shower accidentally once in February, but it is listed as water resistant… we would love to see about getting a refund or a replacement as we really do like the watch, but feel is that we received a faulty one ... show more
