It doesn't work exactly like the other Android tablets with things that are normally standard...but it has been fine for now. Doesn't seem as sturdy as some of the thicker tablets but it has withstood a couple of drops...so perhaps it is sturdy. Definitely recommend purchasing the insurance. We bought it for our last few. I like the tablet it has a big screen compared to other tablets, the parental controls are good. Just wish the tablet was actually separate and you could remove the case. Screen is grainy not able to use, I had messaged about this tablet a second time, was told to keep I could donate, throw it away or whatever and I would be issued the amount that I paid for. With that being said I have not seen no refund that was supposed to be put on a gift card, since that I have reordered the Amazon fire hd for kids and was going to use the gift card for part of that purchase. The tablet is good for young kids maybe less than 7 years old. It’s good overall but not the best. The speed is okay not too bad but not as good as others like (Apple iPod, Amazon fire). It’s cheap so that’s what you pay for .. if you are looking for something that last for long time then look for something else. Cameras quality is less than average and maybe poor quality. That case does not protect the screen at all.. it all protect its side and back.. find you a different tablet or if available good case … Can’t remove the case or replace it for better since it’s very thin. Well, tablet broke out only a week after we bought it (cracked screen) and now you can turn it on . It worths zero money. Not recommended ... show more
