This product was purchased for my grandkid's as the love to watch different cartoons and to play learning games. I like this product because it came well packaged and when I purchased it, was listed at a reasonable price ( especially since I needed 3 lol). Upon opening box, they were well packaged, precharged with vibrant colored protective cases. Tablets seem to be wellmade and sturdy enough to with stand my toddlers. The tablets also came with instructions manuel/ care guigmde and some pre-installed apps specifically geared towards kids like kids youtube. Edit March - company contacted me and quickly replaced the tablet! Would highly recommend the storefront and their customer service. Tablet was for my son. The stand on the back would not hold tablet up on table and would constantly fall over, thus cracking the screen. Had it a month and can no longer use it. And of course I didn't buy protection plan since price was good. Tablet worked fine. Case not so much. It literally fell over on the table and cracked. Perhaps look for a better case. ... show more

My son was sitting next to me playing Roblox on his tablet when it died, I plugged it in to charge and it looks like someone broke the screen! We haven’t even had it for a month, it was in my eyesight the entire time and we’re completely flabbergasted on how or why it even happened.

I bought those for my nephew. The screen is already broke. He has taken great care of it. However, it slipped from his hands and fell not very far. It was lower than the sitting part of sofa. When it fell, it fell on the case along the long slide. Not even hitting the screen. It cracked. They are willing to send me a new one at my expense of me sending the broken one to them. The thing is, I want to read the warranty, but still waiting for a response about that. They seem pretty nice about things so I'm not mad at all. Just upset. I want to read the warranty to see what the one year warranty entails. Other than this, the battery life wasn't very good, but doable since I hate seeing him on it constantly lol. The screen images were very crisp and bright. My nephew loves it. It is very easy for him to maneuver since he's around 3. If you have an android phone, the OS is about the same.
