This is an adorable jack-in-the-box! I love the quality of the plush bunny. He's soooo soft! This was an Easter gift for my six-month old grand-daughter and she loves it! She's even figured out how to turn the handle to make it play already! This makes a great gift!

This makes such an adorable gift for a baby. It is well made (metal box) and the bunny is so soft and cute. If you find the lid doesn’t want to close, turn the crank on the side to adjust the little lever that makes the lid “pop.” It was a big hit at my one year old granddaughter’s birthday!

My order arrived pretty quickly. I gave this 'jack-in-the-box' to my 15-month-old great-grandson for Easter and he spent the whole day playing with it, having figured out how to push the bunny back in the box and close the lid. The music is very soft and there is nothing scary about the way the bunny comes out of the box, unlike the creepy old clown did. It's well made and the bunny is very soft. My daughter is almost 3 and finds this delightful. She wants to do it over and over again. I love that the pop is a fun surprise but not as abrupt and startling as I remember other jack-in-the-box toys being. The bunny is very soft and high quality. There is no way to describe the joy and happiness this brought the recipient and the WHOLE family this Christmas . It was PERFECT ! Not sure about durability , we plan to handle it carefully. ** I recommend you be careful that the rabbits ears are all the way tucked in when shutting the lid or it could get tweaked/ sprung. A very young child could need help . It is not super easy to get it back in . But that is not to say that is a bad thing. The spring is EXACTLY the right strength to “pop up “ correctly. *Another tip - after pop up it may be necessary to turn the handle a little more to allow the song to reach “the end “ before the lid will latch back correctly / easily. >>A video review showed the song not playing properly- - that guy had a defective unit or he was an idiot ( or purposely manipulating it to do that - we actually were TRYING to make it sound that way for fun and almost achieved it by turning handle jerkily and off speed ) I would totally disregard that review . Do yourself a favor and order this . Ours will Likely become a family heirloom passed down generations. ... show more

Purchased on a sentimental whim. We often read this book, and I made an impulse buy. It is very cute and does exactly what you’d expect it to. In my opinion, it is expensive for a one-function kids toy. Could be worth it if diapers weren’t so expensive! Makes a good baby shower gift.
