This review is for the Hän Babos Kids Convertible Modular Couch, 3-in-1 Glow in the Dark. It came in a rather sturdy box and was vacuum packed. After a few hours it had decompressed enough to play with, though the last of the dents and low spots took over a day to return to normal. The directions show that the covers need to be placed on the cushions but they arrived covered. The covers are removable and machine washable. They fit well and the zippers function well. The foam is polyurethane and has a strong chemical smell when the cover is unzipped. We have a less-expensive brand of the original and well-known modular couch- its cushions are very thin and floppy making it less comfortable to sit on and also hard to stand upright for fort making. However this Hän Babos couch is fantastic as a kid’s couch. The cushions are super thick and comfortable. As a couch it fits my small 2 year old very well. My 5 and 8 year old can use the couch too but they like to use the smaller cushions to extend the seat like a chaise lounge. The largest two cushions' covers are attached; this fabric seam is getting pulled on quite a bit when kids are leaning against the back of the couch. It seems sturdy enough but I wouldn’t be surprised if it were to rip there in the future. As a mattress this is thick and comfortable but rather small- about 40 inches square. Like most products in this category, the foam is polyurethane; I’m not a fan of this material for sleeping. For creative play with the cushions this is OK. My two year old loves to stack the cushions (with a little help) and then climb or sit up “high” on it. The biggest cushions don’t stand up well to be used for something like a puppet show or food truck window. Even if the base of the cushion is supported then the top piece can still easily flop over. I would not recommend this item if you are primarily looking for a good set of cushions for fort building and the like. Overall I like this and think that it is great for lounging and climbing on. Though older kids can use it, I would recommend it especially for 1.5-5 year olds. ... show more

This product arrived quickly and was packaged well. This is cute we put it in my grandson's room he lounges out on it it's chips on it it glows in the dark so it's it's night light too it's not real bright or nothing it's good quality product made super well it is good value worth every penny

My kids are obsessed with this! They absolutely love moving it from room to room. They use it for movie nights and even beg to sleep on it together some nights. Theyre 4 and 6 so this is the perfect size for them! Highly recommend. Very great quality and seems it will hold up really well.

This is adorable. It's super soft and the glow in the dark feature is a cool bonus. I've noticed a lot of these kinds if kids couches tend to lose shape over time and I can tell that won't be an issue with this one

I was amazed at how small the box was that this kid sized couch was delivered in. All of the pieces were compressed and shrunk down in a vacuum sealed bag. Once released it took a relatively short time for the pieces to decompress and be ready to use. There are 3 pieces total, the couch part that has the bottom full rectangle with the C shaped sides and back, along with 2 additional square cushions. You can set this up as a couch with the cushions as places for the kids to extend their legs, or you can open all of it up and use the cushions to fill in the hole to create a bed. We tried the bed setup once to see how it was, then the kids immediately switched it back to couch mode and have been using it that way ever since. One nice feature, there's a small pocket for the zipper pulls to tuck into. This was extremely useful for us because we have a cat who loves to play with zippers. After I tucked the zipper pull into the pockets on all of the pieces, our cat left the couch alone. The kids absolutely love this couch. It's comfortable and allows them to setup personal relaxing time spaces in different rooms depending on what they're doing. They have relocated this couch so many times this week alone. The only thing that is something that I'm keeping an eye on is the small amount of fabric holding the back and side C shaped part to the bottom seat area. Depending on how the kids sit on the couch, there is a lot of side stress on that hinge fabric, I'm hoping it holds up well with the amount of use the kids are putting on the couch. ... show more

    • It's Cute - Small compared to a Nugget Couch
We got this for our two rambunctious children for Christmas and they liked it. We have a 9 and 3.5 year old. They both fit well on the couch when lounging about. They foam inside is soft. I would prefer it to be a little more dense so that this thing can last a long time. I think the modular, fold-out feature is cool and provides more options for play and comfort. Overall, I think this would be good for toddler through kindergarten. I do wish we just spent a little more and bought a Nugget couch because I think it's much more versatile, way larger, and will grow with out children. This is a really cool toddler couch. You can set it up different ways to make a couch, a bed, a fort, or a puppet show area. This is so versatile and really comfortable as well.
