I have been trying to reach out to someone and no one has got back to me. This bike was terrible. My daughter got to ride it twice and it broke. The wheel training wheels are so cheap that they keep breaking, my daughter almost broke her arm. She hit her head so hard that it broke her helmet. I am so upset. The bike came incomplete and we had to wait on a second bike to be delivered. Once the second Bike arrived it was also missing some parts, but between the two bikes, I was able to assemble one for Bike and send back a portion of the first Bike missing parts. Once the bike was assembled I found the accessories were cheap and overall quality was maybe 3 out of 5. Definitely not be buying this brand bike again. ... show more
