UPDATE(1/29/21) I got the rest of it! They sent it to me they said on the 18th, but they said it could take 2 weeks since it’s very busy for their company, and I got it today. Very happy with their customer service and that they fixed the issue without any problems UPDATE(1/18 /21) I contacted K’nex right after I wrote this first review on January 1st, they just got back to me and said their very busy right now but they will send out a replacement in 2-4 weeks! I will write another update when / if I receive it! I’m SO upset and disappointed. So I bought this for my daughter for Christmas because I knew she’d love it. I just opened it and started building and my daughter says “mommy where eyes?” And I was like wow this doesn’t come with the eyes? So keep building with her and realize it’s missing half of everything! I posted a picture and everything i circled is missing! That’s HALF the set! I paid almost $50 for this that is unacceptable!!! I would have never noticed if my daughter didn’t ask where it was. She’s so upset she can’t make any of the little guys now because the feet are missing. All the eyes are missing we don’t even have one pair. Their wings are missing. Everything you need to make the creatures. I’m returning this and will attempt to buy from another company I guess. These are great. Much bigger than regular knex so they are perfect for smaller hands. Both our 3 and 6 year old love them but with two sets of hands in the bucket we needed more pieces… the pieces you get in this set don’t even fill the bin they come in half way, we had to buy the big Oodles of Pals set in addition to this one in order to fill the bin. ... show more

I purchased this toy after looking for a good shareable building toy for my almost 7 year old and 3 year old twins. They all love it so much. My 7 year old likes to follow the instructions and build the ideas in the pamphlet, but my 3 year olds like to just wing it and make up their own creations seeing as they're too little to follow instructions. My only complaint would be that it's a bit pricey, and my boys tend to fight over the pieces. I am definitely going to have to purchase another set if I want them to play more peacefully together. So we're looking at about $80 in Kid K'Nex...yikes. That being said, it's still a great toy, and I'm glad I purchased it to begin with. ... show more
