Rug is perfect, as described super soft, like a low pile shag. But i noticed after walking in my socks on it, lots of black bleeding off. I was going to return it but it was past the time to do so. Some of it of course transferred to the white, I used some bleach to get that clean. But buyer beware.

I've had this rug for a little over a month, so here are my thoughts! Pros: - decent padding makes it good enough to lay on - fluffs up to about 1.5 inches (~3.8cm) off the ground - good grip on the bottom (i used rug tape to keep the corners down but i probably didn't need to) - amazing value for the price. I got my 6x9 for $75 (gotta love the 20% coupon)! Seriously, nothing in stores compared to comfort or price! Cons: - as you'll see in my pictures, high-traffic areas don't smooth down as well after a while (only a problem if you're going for the flat look) - i will occasionally find a couple crumbs the vacuum couldn't catch (however, i have a relatively low-powered vacuum) - looking at it as i write this review, i see that it's cut slightly crooked compared to the checkered pattern (this is the first time I've noticed that and i really don't care tbh) I can't vouch for quality control since I've only ordered the one rug, but i will say that mine did not come with a strong smell, nor does it shed. I haven't tried washing it, so i can't say how it does there, either. Also, don't be alarmed when it comes in a relatively small box.
