Does exactly what it’s supposed to, no issues at all after a month almost and we use it regularly. I love the “Strong Brew” feature, main reason we went with this one, along with the large reservoir. But no complaints so far, I’ll update if anything happens worth revisiting for. Update 4/13/20: So I experienced what I had read that a few other users experienced, where the machine starts spewing the water and grounds through the top where the k-cup is placed. I place the k-cup in, select my desired settings and off it goes. It makes a noise like it's straining to do it's job, and nothing comes out. I lift the lid and set it back down, and try again. The third attempt is when the water and grounds start leaking from the top. So I think, "Great, I got one of the bad units I read about..." BUT, as it turns out...the k-cup I was using, its plastic casing was pretty sturdy and the bottom could not be pierced properly, so the k-cup would fill up and overflow. I tried it again with the same brand coffee (Deathwish Coffee), same issue. I tried a Bustelo k-cup, worked fine. So I would recommend to check the k-cups you buy and make sure to check the bottom of the k-cup if your machine overflows. It's not that the machine is defective and spitting out your coffee, it's that some k-cup are not as easily pierced at the bottom side as most. Just wanted to share this, since I would think most people would just be like "gotta take this unit back or throw it out...", but don't just yet! ... show more

This is a very sturdy coffeepot and makes delicious coffee. Liquid is very hot. The only negative aspect was we were unable to register the warranty online. It would not accept the serial number for registration.

I've had a Keurig for over 8 years, I use it almost every day, and I've never had one bit of trouble with it. I purchased this new one because I needed another one in a different location. The plastic isn't quite as sturdy on the new one, but I like the red color, and I like the fact that it seems to heat up faster and is a little easier to use. By the way, the most reasonable price by far that I have ever found for coffee K-cups is at Blain's Farm & Fleet. And the coffee is pretty good, too - several flavors from which to choose. I feel a little badly that K-cups are not very good for the environment, but I sure like my Keurig. And if you feel badly about the environment, purchase refillable K-cup containers like I did, and the cost for the coffee you use in your Keurig will be even cheaper. ... show more

We are a family of 7 and use this all day, everyday. I personally drink 2 to 3 cups of coffee and one or two additional hot drinks a day. Everyone in the family uses the keurig. Unless everyone is having tea or hot cocoa at once the Keurig is out go to device for heating water or making coffee. We have had this one for almost 4 years. The tank has been dropped multiple times and will soon need to be replaced. The tank and it's lid are my least favorite part of this machine. It's awkward to hold and the lid is challenging to get back on the machine without dropping it. We have started using a pitcher to fill the tank as we have dropped the tank a few times and the bottom is now damaged, but still functions fine. I really like that I can make my coffee one handed (like if I am holding a kid, I can still make my coffee). ... show more
