I know it’s my house and not a professional setting, but there are only a few coffee machines that you can directly plumb and not have to constantly fill with water. This is a great one. Sleek design, used pod disused into a cache which only needs to be emptied periodically. Great product.

In our house remodel I wanted to make a coffee bar and this is perfect. This is hard plummed in so no more filling up a reservoir. We also have a reverse osmosis water filter system so coffee tastes fantastic. Is a little bit expensive but so worth it to not have to fill up tank. Definitely would get again. ... show more

Great unit. Makes wonderful coffee. Here are the out of the box codes for the unit: Manager Code: 23456 Technician Code: 34567 Note: you'll still not be able to set a sleep timer past 4 hours, nor should you want to. Using technician code, set the timer to 2-4 hours. Purchase and install a standard outlet timer. Program the timer to turn the outlet power off at say 8 PM, and turn it on at 5-7 AM, adjusting for your own habits. Since the power switch will be in the ON position, this is a $5 solution for waking up to a heated water tank. ... show more

    • My solution for the auto turn off...
For the folks upset about the energy-saving auto off feature that is not programmable, there is a very cheap and simple fix. The first day I owned the machine, I tried to adjust that setting in the maintenance menu without any luck. My final solution/hack was very helpful: You need to order a wifi outlet and use it as a timer switch to power your new coffee maker. I used the KASA brand that allows me to program on/off times through KASA app. Set your wifi outlet to turn on 15 minutes before your morning wake-up alarm so your water is hot when you crawl out of bed. Turn it off when you head to work and set it to turn on when you get home if you drink an evening cup of coffee. Then set it to turn off for the night. Modify the schedule to suit your life and on special days you can always turn the machine on and off from your phone app before you head to the kitchen. The energy savings will pay for the wifi outlet soon enough. ENJOY! ... show more

    • Commercial Brewer does NOT have ability to bypass auto shutoff.
I saw another review on this commenting that the auto off feature is too aggressive. I would agree. We purchased directly from Keurig. I read the manual, Googled for a solution, Nothing.... The machine has a passcode for manager log in (23456) but they don't give you the technician code. Instead they tell you to call Keurig. So I did. 25 minutes on hold and off shore broken English, I was then told that was home or personal use customer service and I needed to call Keurig commercial. So I did.... 15 minutes on hold, recorded voice saying I was in queue to get a technician service call placed. Not what I wanted. I just want to freakin know how to either bypass auto off or conversely as a work around turn on a timer so it fires up in the morning and I don't have to stand by it for 5 minutes while it warms up. I have seen the videos for all of the home brewing models on how to bypass the auto off feature.....and how to set a timer for the morning. These features ARE NOT on the K3500 unit. So they do not help. The other reviewer was accurate, correct, and sadly frustrating. So unless someone from Keurig reads this and posts a solution, you will spend your mornings standing by an "on demand" machine in your pajamas waiting for it to heat up.....just like a Bunn Brewer. It does make fantastic coffee.....but this one seemingly small issue is a massive nuisance. ... show more
