So I took the gummy’s for 4 weeks. I took them daily as they prescribed. I put on weight, I did not lose a pound and I went on a no carb diet. Complete Hollywood scam What a crock.

It really didn't help me lose weight I was more aware of what I was eating but I wouldn't say it helped and I pretty much followed what it said then I started having issues. My heart seemed to be racing a bit. So I stopped taking it. It was easy to swallow for sure.

So far it’s a solid “No” for me! Haven’t lost an ounce and no digestive changes either. They taste pleasant enough. But I won’t be purchasing anymore. Waste of money for me.

I had aot.of trouble loosing weight. I was previously always having cravings for pizza and the one thing these seemed to help with was that I stopped having cravings as much!!. I might have lost one or two lbs but not a lot yet. So so far it might help a little bit. Taste was fine and no side affects.
