I did use this product for two weeks with no change in my weight at all. At first I did not think I would like the taste as the whiff when I opened it was strong of apple cider vinegar but as the days passed I got to actually like the taste. But as far as a weight aid…. This product not only caused me to GAIN weight it made me extremely constipated! I only wanted to lose 5 pounds. FIVE POUNDS! I even did subscribe and save because I believed in it. When I wanted to return the next shipment it was not returnable. Amazon gave me my money back and said I could discard or donate the two brand new bottles that I have (My husband was doing this with me and the same thing happened to him.)
