  • K800 is a great e-bike with excellent customer service
Color: 2000W Ebike-Black-Blue
Easy to assemble and packed well. It has plenty of power to get up to speed quickly without pedaling (about 32mph). It climbs most steep trails and hills without having to pedal. However, having 21 speeds is great when you do want/need to pedal. It seems to be good quality and I have no complaints so far. Be sure to check/retighten the bolts and screws after the first few rides or use thread locker. Excellent customer service also. ... show more

  • Awsome bike!!!
Color: Black-Green
***UPDATE 9 DEC 2023*** Here is my long over due update. I uploaded another picture showing me pointing to the on/off button on the back side of the +/- power assist button. I also wanted to talk about part of the power assist that I did not talk about in my earlier review below. As I stated, I pedal with no assist until I need it but in order to do that the bike has to be off. I have to turn the bike on in order to receive power assist which causes me to look ahead and guess if I will need it or not. Also the power assist always defaults to mode 1 when it first comes on so I must also increase it if I need more. Also the headlight and tail light on the bike do not work if the bike is off even though there is an on/off switch for them. That means no lights at night without the power on. I wish they had wired the lights directly to the battery so as long as the battery switch is on I can still turn on the lights. Another topic I wanted to talk about was the bikes wieght. One of the reasons I got this bike is because it can carry 440 lbs. That is a lot for a bike so in order to do that stronger heavier steel was used which you will notice if you pick up the bike. I know what your thinking. Titanium is stronger and lighter. Yes it is but then the bike would cost a lot more too. I did not realize how heavy the ebike really was during pedaling until I road my old mountain bike a while back. Right away I noticed how quickly I got my mountain bike going. On the mountain bike I used mostly mid range gears but on the ebike I find I tend to use the lower gears more. I think this has to do with the wieght difference between the two bikes. Not a big deal for me since I do not really care about speed so much. Besides, if the need for speed arises all I need to do is turn on the bike, put power assist on 5 with both motors and it is there. The bike is plenty fast enough to get really hurt if I crash. I still love this bike and hope to download some more pictures of my adventures. I just bought a milk crate to go on the back rack so I can carry more stuff like a 4 season tent and stove. See picture. My bike was delivered yesturday and I wasted no time putting it together. First thing I did was put the battery on the charger since it takes 8 to 10 hours to change. I am 6'2'' and am 56 years old. In my younger days I had a regular mountain bike and took it up the rock of Gibraltar. Wish I had this bike then because it was so steep in parts of it that the lowest gear was not enough and we had to walk them up. Even the cars struggled. Anyway, I took the bike out for a quick 6 mile spin today. It has plenty of power to get you up hills. If the rear motor is not enough then just turn on the front one. And added plus is the pedal assist. I plan on pedaling most of the time and using the electric assist motors only when needed. I can use one motor or two with the flick of a switch. I am up there in age and my knees are not like they used to be when I was young. Plus I could afford to lose a few pounds. I started out my ride pedaling and with 21 gears had no problem finding that right one that felt comfortable. The hill I took it up I used all electric just to see what the bike could do. I started out using one motor on the hill but torward the top I switched it to two. The bike had no problems. One motor would have made it up the hill just fine but with two I started to pick up speed a little. I came up behind some people walking and hit the horn to let them know I was coming. It is not a loud horn that will scare people so that is good. I love the fact I can pedal until I get tired and use the motor only when needed. There are five speeds/power of pedal assist. One being the lowest speed/power and 5 being the fasted speed/power. The following was done on all electric with no pedaling. With one motor at level one I was able to get the bike up to 28kms per hour. At level five on one motor the bike got up to 40kms per hour which is 25mph. On level five on two motors I got up to 44kms per hour and it was still climbing. Had to stop because I ran out of room. I am very happy with the performance of the bike. The breaks work very well and I am glad they have a motor cut out when applying the brake. The headlight is bright with a wide shining beam. The beam is flat/rectangular so you can adjust the headlight down so not to blind on coming traffic. The tail light is on when the headlight is on so it is visible and gets brighter when you apply the breaks. With the headlight off the breaklight still comes on when applying the brakes to let people behind you know that you are breaking during day time use. I originally had an issue trying to turn the power on to the bike but after watching the video and rewinding several times I found the on/off switch. I will take a picture of it and update my review when this is posted. I plan on downloading the manual or requesting a copy from the seller so I can have it and I recommend you do the same. This bike I am sure will need some maintenance done to it at some point. As you can see in the picture I put some cargo bags on the bike so I can carry some extra gear. With the max wieght of this bike being able to carry 440 lbs I should have no issues carrying what I will need. The bike came with a lock and an air pump. The lock is very nice and the air pump will get the job done but is not one of the better ones out there. Some of you may think this bike is too expensive but it is not. I looked long and hard to find the right ebike for me. This one has everything I need. The battery is a 23ah which is the biggest I have seen so it will last long enough for me. For those of you that may want something extra another battery is only $500 on the sellers web site. For those of you that feel you get what you pay for and want to spend $1,000 more on an ebike, go ahead and buy it. I guarantee you it will not carry anywhere near the wieght this one can and the battery will be 20ah or less. I live in Maine and am near the famous logging road called the Golden Road. It is part of the 100 mile wilderness with roads, trails, fishing and, camping galore. I hope to upload pictures of my travels with this ebike. Well that is all and I hope this review helped. ... show more

  • Real nice bike
Color: 2000W Ebike-Black-Blue
I received this bike on time and in great condition. The bike was packaged well, shipped really fast and had no damages, scratches or missing parts. There are no instructions included, but putting the bike together was easy and there is a video that you can follow step by step. The bike has a nice finish, seems to be very well built, and has features that are comparable to bikes costing much more. This bike has basically awd, as it has hub motors front and back, each being 1000 watts. Has plenty of power even using just one motor, but the front motor really give a boost going up steep hills. The only problem i have with the motors, is a battery issue, but the seller is sending me a new one. The bike comes with 21 speed shimano gearing, not top of the line, but not bottom either, and it shifts smoothly with no derailer issues yet. The motors are smooth, it has 5 levels of pedal assist, and they work wonderfully. Has a twist throttle not a thumb lever, and can be used in 3 modes, with no power, electric only, or pedal assist and throttle. Bike has hydraulic disc brakes front and rear, not top of line, but they stop well even on steep grades. It also has a walk by mode for whatever reason one would want that, however it does operate at 6mph, so its pretty fast walking. I have got the bike to 30mph on flat ground, which was more than plenty fast for me. I live in very mountainous area and the bike handles the paved and gravel hills very nicely. The screen is a little dark and hard to read in direct sunlight, but works great in cloudy conditions or night time. You will want to download user manual so one can enter the screen and change or modify user settings, and there are lots of them. It comes with a nice bright headlight, horn, and switch that when in electric only mode allows you to turn front motor on and off without having to unplug it. Also comes with a cell phone holder, and has a built in usb port. The seat is pretty nice, has some good padding and not really uncomfortable, i would rather have a spring suspension seat but this one isn't bad. The seat post is 34.9 mm so that does make it more difficult to find seat posts that don't cost a fortune. For those vertically challenged persons (as myself) the bike is somewhat tall. I am 5'8 and can touch the ground with my feet seated, and pedals where they should be for riding, but the seat is pretty close to bottom of travel. A taller person could have quite a bit of adjustment if they wanted, shorter persons not so much. It also comes with rear rack which seems pretty sturdy, not real sure of weight limit. One must have some patience when putting the fenders on, which are included (plastic but nice) as the supports can be a real bear to hold in place while trying to fasten with screws. At this writing i would recommend this for purchase, and will update this review after i have used the bike more. 4 stars because i have not owned it long enough to give it more yet. ... show more

  • Great value!
Color: Black-Green
My Keteles K800 took less than two hours to assemble. Instructions for assembly were simple and intuitive if you've ever worked on bicycles before. The bike came well packaged and protected from damage. Completed it is a gorgeous bike! I got to go on my first ride today and it was amazing! The bike has plenty of power for me. I'm 6'2" and 275 lbs and I got to 32 mph! Ten miles for a first trip and the battery was barely depleted. This bike has so far been an amazing purchase. The only complaint I would have is the lack of good instructions on how to operate the various modes. Pedal assist is pretty easy but it took a moment to figure out the cruise. There are great YouTube videos if you have any questions. ... show more

  • It's pretty amazing so far
Color: 2000W Ebike-Black-Blue
I like everything about it except the seat--It's painful. Battery lasts forever, it goes pretty fast. It's a solid bike, even a little big for me but I've never had fat tires before.

  • User Manual Worthless
Color: Black-Yellow
Beyond assembly, there is nothing in the way of instructions. Assembly is pretty straightforward for anyone with even the least amount of mechanical ability. However, the rear rack is a SOB. Good luck with that. After assembly, you're on your own for figuring out operation. That's probably why bike store purchase is over twice the price. What's it worth to you? ... show more
