  • Just wish had more colors for matching human skin
Color: Beige Size: Medium (20-30 mmHg)
I prefer the knee-length compression socks as they stop the swelling much higher so my toes don't end up swelling larger than my foot. But who wants to wear knee highs in the summer? So instead, I found these anklet compression socks. They are cooler, but since you are stopping the swelling only at the ankle and foot, it doesn't do as good a job as knee-highs, and so my toes will swell uncomfortably like sausages. I could probably stop that with a smaller size but then the ankle would be too tight and the sock would end before the ball of my foot. in the first picture with the blue jeans, I'm showing you that this lighter color of beige actually looks more like I'm not wearing socks at all. The picture looks a little yellow. They are not as yellow as the picture but they do have a slightly yellow cast. Thats great for me as I even have to wear yellow foundations. The average white with red-based Irish skin probably won't like this color beige that much. In the second picture with the darker beige sock, you can see that they match my skin color a little better. The dark beige socks really show that I'm wearing socks as you can see more of a waffle texture as well. If you are tan, try a pair that is darker like the one in the top of the picture. I think that most of us with swollen feet are older and not laying in the sun anymore though.... As to size. I wear an 8.5 shoe (swollen), and my heel-arch circumference is 12.5. I wear an 8.5 shoe just so I can fit my swollen feet in the hole of the shoe. Can't even wear shoes that are closed near the ankle. Can only wear ballet-type flats like in the picture, where the top of the shoe is covered only at the toe. That way, my swelling can spill out over the top. Anyway, with a 12.5 measurement, the size chart said I should have gotten the Large, but I sized down for more compression and I'm glad I did. When not swollen much in the morning, the socks extend up and over my toes. When swollen, they stop just before my toes or halfway onto my toes. You want them to end where the toes begin and not halfway down your foot or the entire top of your foot and toes will swell uncomfortably larger than the rest of your foot. Even in these, you can see my swollen sausage toes. And they aren't swollen near as much as usual. I also ordered white, which are great to wear with tennis shoes. People expect you to wear white socks with tennis shoes. When I was wearing the dark beige socks, they embarrassed me as they looked "old-lady". So I'm happy to have white. I also got black to wear in the fall and winter. The beige ones are for open shoes to look like I'm not wearing socks at all. ... show more

  • Important for good or bad feet
Color: Beige Size: Medium (20-30 mmHg)
I really like these compression socks. I am not new to compression socks and I like these better than a different brand that my sister had given me a year or so ago. I encourage everyone that is very active with good or bad feet to wear compression socks. If you have a good feet, it will keep your feet from having problems if you are a very active person. I know because I am an active person and I didn’t know about compression socks and I suffered with feet pain for years. I had ESWT procedure done on both my feet and it solved my problems. However, from now on if I am mowing the yard or hiking or going for a walk or anything that’s going to take a lot of foot action or walking on uneven ground I wear compression socks. All I can say is it just feels like they hold your feet together and keeps you from having really tired achy feet. I feel like they will help to prevent damage. I also received an email from the company with instructions on how to put on the socks. That was nice to receive although I didn’t need it because I already know how to do it. However, there may be other people that do not know how to do it that would find the email very useful. They also offer a warranty and an exchange if you happen to need a different size than what you ordered. They seem like they will hold up but I guess only time will tell on that aspect of the socks. So far it seems like great socks, and a great company to do business with. ... show more

  • Good but hard to put on
Color: Beige Size: Medium (20-30 mmHg)
I had a terrible struggle to get them on. Being a senior I have back issues and can't bend over too good. I left them on for 2 days because I didnt want to go through it again so soon but it was almost as hard getting them off. I would say they worked for my neuropathy but I am not sure if I will be wearing them all the time since it is so hard to put on and take off. ... show more

  • Excellent Product
Color: Black Size: Large (20-30 mmHg)
I am so glad I ordered these compression sleeves. I sprained my ankle badly 3 weeks ago. I used ice, compression, and elevation, but nothing relieved the swelling until I bought these sleeves. Today for the first time in three weeks, I was able to put on a pair of shoes and drive to the grocery store. It's almost dinner time, and I still have no swelling and no pain. I highly recommend this product. ... show more

  • Wonderful, reasonably priced pain relief
Color: Beige Size: Medium (20-30 mmHg)
I suffer from tarsal tunnel and have very painful symptoms in my right foot with swelling in the left. I have a pair of prescription knee high compression socks, at a cost of over $170 but found them very uncomfortable in the heat of summer and thought I’d give these a try. I couldn’t be happier! They provide immediate pain relief and are very comfortable at a fraction of the cost. I still wear the prescribed pair for flying or if I know I have a lot of walking or standing ahead of me, but these are my go-to most days. They wash like a dream and air dry quickly. Due to their low cost I’m able to own several pairs and highly recommend! ... show more

  • Compression socks, good for summer when it’s too hot to wear compression knee socks or higher hose.
Color: Beige Size: Medium (20-30 mmHg)
They certainly work well, but the rest of your foot/ leg will remain swollen, depending on your circuratory issues. If your hands are arthitic it is a little hard to pull them on. Mine picked up the black stains from the leather of my shoes and it doesnt wash out ( am reluctant to try anything stronger than detergent because I dont know the properties of the elastic). I still use them, and with the same sandals the stains cant show. I advise two pair to change off while you wash one. I like the wider cuff relative to other brands because it makes it easier to pull on and off than those with a narrower edge. ... show more
