I put my rings through 3 5-minute cycles (you have an option of 3 or 5 minute cycles). I was stunned when I removed my rings, rinsed them off and dried with a soft cloth. The stones (diamonds in one and sapphire and diamonds in the other) were really sparkling. The gold even sparkled, even in the crevices, and I’m very pleased. My wedding ring includes a wide, gold band that has a few light surface scratches and, I’m sure once I take it to the jeweler and get those polished out again (I do this every 2-3 years), it’s going to sparkle even more. ... show more

Love this. It does a great job. I’m sure if I had spent more I would’ve gotten better equipment. This is a lot simpler than taking the time and effort to go to a jeweler to get this done. This takes about three minutes tops !!!

Wasn't expecting much but an overpriced dish. I tried my rings and necklaces which wernt bad because I clean with toothpaste and toothbrush. But when I got to earings and I mean stud earings that are difficult to clean....that water was gray and diamonds that I thought were scuffed actually sparkled. I'm telling you what, that was actually impressive. Wish it was cheaper but not bad not bad at all. Worth it ... show more

This is one of the best things I have purchased on Amazon in a long time! I wear a lot of jewelry and this keeps it so nice and clean! great for Pandora charms and rings, really any jewelry! Easy to use with just a little water and gentle soap. I would give this 10 stars if I could.
